Sunrise or Sunset Meditation
Conduct this Sunrise or Sunset Meditation in a natural setting where you are able to witness the sunrise or sunset. Observe the changing colors of the sky, the movements of clouds, and the transitions of light, appreciating the beauty and impermanence of nature.
Whether you are observing the first light of day or the serene colors of dusk, this meditation will help you embrace the present moment and find peace within. If you do not have the opportunity at the moment to observe a sunrise or a sunset, you may participate in the meditation by watching the images on the screen instead.
First find a comfortable place where you can witness the sunrise or sunset, either outdoors or from a window with a clear view.
When you are comfortable, start the video.

    Hi, I'm from the UK. I live in Leeds now but I'm from Bolton originally. I'm on the final year of my degree, innovation and skills for social change, and for my research project dissertation I'm conducting a study on connecting with nature and how it can improve your mental health and wellbeing. I only heard of the term "ecotherapy" a couple of weeks ago and I've bought 2 great books on the subject, With Nature in Mind by Andy McGeeney and Ecotherapy, Theory, Research and Practice edited by Martin Jordan & Joe Hinds. I searched the term "ecotherapy" here on CZcams and came across your channel. It was one of the ones that jumped out at me. I just want to thank you for covering this area of therapy as there aren't enough people and organisations that do. I'm looking forward to watching plenty of your videos. 🙏🏻❤️

    Thank you for offering this on CZcams. I am putting myself through some of the theory and technical knowledge on eco-therapy that’s out there.
