  • In the Mountain Meditation you will find a comfortable place to sit with a view of mountains or another expansive natural landscape. We will observe the grandeur of the mountains, the play of light and shadow, and the vastness of the sky, cultivating a sense of awe, interconnectedness, and humility.
    If you do not have the opportunity to find an actual mountain range, you may instead watch the mountain images on this video and visualize yourself experiencing the mountains while participating in this meditation.
    This mindful mountain meditation will guide you to connect deeply with the powerful and grounding presence of a mountain. Whether you are physically in the mountains or simply visualizing one, this meditation will help you cultivate a sense of strength, stability, and tranquility.
    Begin by finding a comfortable seated position, either on the floor or in a chair. Sit with your back straight but not rigid, allowing your body to feel both supported and relaxed.
