  • Originating in Japan, forest bathing involves immersing oneself in a forest environment and engaging in sensory experiences, such as observing the trees, listening to bird songs, and feeling the textures of leaves and soil. Forest bathing promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional well-being.
Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku is designed to immerse you in the healing atmosphere of the forest, allowing you to connect deeply with nature and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
To practice forest bathing, first find a comfortable place in a natural setting, preferably among trees, where you can sit or walk without distractions. If you can’t be in a forest right now, you may also imagine yourself in a serene wooded area.
