I was like, dude, 5 stages for $17.99???... even 7 stages hmm..... I was playing "Aces of the Luftwaffe" with my father & brother, and thoroughly enjoying it. (Longtime fan of "Gunbird II" on Dreamcast).

I also rented this game a bunch of times back in the day. I was mostly intrigued by it because it looked similar to BattleTanx (super awesome underrated N64 games). I must have played the Pilot Mode as I dont remember the base building being necessary, but I do remember messing around with it a bunch. Just bought The PC version on Steam as its heavily discounted right now. Thanks for the awesome video man

I’m going to be the contrarian and say that I liked BD/SP. I liked them a lot. Why? Because I’m old, honestly. I actually was happy to see a minimal remake that left the flaws.

I played the Xbox version. its a good game. I dont think I would like this Switch version as much with the graphical downgrade

This is one of those shaggy dog games that you can't help but appreciate despite its flaws being hugely obvious even to fans. It's a post-apocalyptic fantasy with Winnie the Pooh style narration. Sure it's over-encumbered with play mechanics and the characters are kind of homely, but still, it's a fun time waster and there's nothing else like it.

Love playing this on PC and the switch downgrade looks actually good. I was very worried when THQ Nordic mentioned Switch release back in 2018 after seeing how great this game looks on modern systems and expected it to be cancelled because i thought no one would want to invest time to downgrade it for switch. On PC I see this game go on sale for very cheap and stores sell console verisons for around £10 to £20 and I expect the switch version to get cheap sales from its £35 price tag

7.5 is a credible score in my opinion. Not every game has to be great to be fun. I consider a 5 to be the bare minimum of competence. To me, 7 means that it did some things pretty well, it just didn't achieve the level of excellence that rare games achieve. 8,9 or especially 10, it would throw off the scale completely and the rating would become invalid. Sorry about the rant. 😂

Haha, it's funny you muted while around the cats. They make that sound because they're asking for help. You're supposed to free them to get the wheel. Billy Basso actually voiced all the animals, so you're hearing the programmer that made the game do sounds.

Federation Froce is my all time favorite 3DS game., at the peak the multiplayer was just awesome, so many life-long gaming memories, like the mission where you have to push the cart - everyone was so great, helpful, even without the voice chat. To be honest, it is still my most favorite Metroid game ever. The gameplay, the controls, the music, everything is awesome. I am still a bit bitter about how the game was blasted before it even came out... but now I just feel pitty about those who actually never gave it a chance to play it. Well, since the e-shop is dead now, I`ll just keep my 3DS with the virtual copy and mint in sealed box physical copy safe to - maybe one day - show it to my kids or whatever :) Amazing game.

The 3 character mechanic is one of its very low points. To the point of being outright frustrating. If they use this stupid 3 character gimick in the sequel, I will not buy it.

I'm in such a weird state with this game. I was one of those "Ew, its popular! Ew anime!!" Types of people when I was younger and I didn't get into Pokémon until after the release of Hypnos Lullaby v2. I had a switch and asked my friend what the best game to start with was, and they recommended BDSP. I beat the game and had so much playing it... and raging a bit. Then, I started a new job and had my own money. "Welp, I want a new Pokémon game. I keep seeing this guy named Arven on Twitter and he looks kinda cool, plus its a recent game so im gonna get the Violet version." ....uhhhh well it certainly is fun for me to play???? So as a person who had Violet as her second Pokémon experience: "WOWOOWOW this is really fun I can run around and catch things now?!?!?! Yippee yippee autism activated :DDD" and as a person who loves video essays and doing research on games after/while I play them: "What the fuck."

The sad thing is that some people still support these train wrecks 😑 Garbage isn't fun...FACT!

I really hope this gets an easy to acquire physical release
