Making Electric Roller Bender
The bending machine is adapted to my needs. To make the bending rollers, I used sliding gate roller that I once bought with the intention of building a mini wood sawmill but plans changed and I decided to use the rollers in this project. The electric gear motor 0,55KW I used is too fast to drive such a bending machine, so I had to use an inverter to reduce the speed. The bender worked very well, bending evenly and precisely, without deforming the pipes.

In this video, I used a 3D printer for the first time. Despite my concerns about using this type of devices, it turned out that this 3D printer is easy to use and works perfectly in the work I do.

Nice work man. There's something to say about having the right tools for the job. You use them well. Only flaw I see is the Steering Wheel is upside down lol other than that nice job.

You made a real nice loader, but you’ve got the control turned around the way you’re having it where you’re lifting it up should be put push it down so you can go on down in the float so you might wanna turn those two hoses around, but you know I’ve only been running that type of equipment for50+ years so you might try that it might work out better for you, but it’s nice looking loader built a little tractor is a godly redneck. Have fun and be safe.

in minute 5:02 is something on the frame - extremely rusty, worn out, defective. i have streamed the whole video and never see you change this piece. in minute 24:15 - a very short view - seems defective also. It is the pipe that is still painted red on the left side in the direction of travel next to the lower engine mount... - but - it's a nice quadbuild...

Nice job and work. Totally disagree on the 3 Gel Batteries lasting a Long time without Charging. The batteries are still LEAD based with electrolyte. They require periodic charging of at least once a month - or they will sulfate - and become worthless. Lead Acid batteries cannot go a long time without charging. Totally gone in 4 months / or the Life Span significantly decreased. Lith Ion can go a 'long time' without charging. But even they - will also permanently destroy themselves if not charged about once every 4 - 6 months.
Serious talent! I wonder about the decision to make it a hard tail though? Would have been easy to thow a shock in the back.
