Join us for a deeply relaxing and grounding guided meditation. In this practice, we begin by connecting with the earth beneath us, feeling the support and nourishment offered by Mother Earth. We then align our spine, allowing it to serve as an energetic channel connecting us to the cosmic sky and heavenly realm above.
Through the INSPIRED protocol, we journey inward, focusing on breathing, alignment, and posture. We expand our awareness to encompass our entire body, and even the vast space surrounding us. As we deepen into the essence of our being, we drop into the vast, dark, quiet space that holds and permeates all reality-the ground of being from which all experience arises.
Throughout this meditation, we allow and include all sensations, sounds, and experiences that arise, remaining open, receptive, and present in the state of pure being. We drop and rest in being and in the ground of being, from which being and becoming arise. We begin to feel the mystery that supports, sustains, and animates reality.
