- Awakening Spiritual Intelligence gathering on 4/19/2024, hosted by Yosi Amram. The theme of today's gathering is Beauty - to open to the beauty that is within, without, and all around us. Beauty that is always and readily available yet we fail to see it.
We will explore how to open our eyes and our hearts to soak in beauty-including our own beauty, which is often the hardest for us to see. For beauty is like a soothing balm for the soul, and as Confucius reminds us, “Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.” Today's exercise helps us open our eyes to beauty in even the most mundane or ordinary, so we can appreciate it with new eyes. The meditation is an invitation to relax and center yourself and open to receiving beauty and appreciation.
