I have a XC40 T5 Recharge. And I must say that it's a cheap car but not the price ! There is a list of cons that I can mention. I will mention only one the infotainment is the only '23 model year model that has the old Sensus and not AAOS and cannot be upgraded, android auto is not available in full screen mode (one of the few brand that does not allow full screen AA)

I made the mistake of buying a 981 instead of a 987 as my first Cayman. I say "mistake" because I found myself in the same position you are in. The 981 was at the top of my budget and was such a nice car that I was constantly worried about it. Especially considering that I was living in the city and parking it inside public parking garages. I loved the hell out of that car though, putting 6000 miles on it in 5 months! Ultimately I longed for a garage and more stability in my living situation, so I sold the 981. I'd like to pick up a 987.1 in the near future. I've always liked the way the 987's look and with the current prices I'd be able to comfortably afford one without stress. I'm excited to get behind the wheel again. Thanks for the content!

I love the GTR. But I hear the word adequate and decent too much. A vehicle that costs that much should be a luxury vehicle with the latest tech and comfort. Still a beautiful vehicle though.

$110k for an SUV with the same 0-60 and top speed of an X3M that cost $75k is insanity. Like you said, it's priced $30k above its competitors which doesn't make sense knowing the service pricing, lifespan, reliability, technology, etc. is a lot better in the X3M. Not to mention the value plummeting into an abyss like with every Maserati in the last 25 years. The car has literally 0 pros of existence. This car will be $45k 3 years from now and even then the only target audience it will have is people who make under $50k a year trying to look rich... again, just like every Maserati.

I drove a v60 and they ride really good and there really comfort but 80k is ridiculous for the size of it… rather take a x3 or a glc loaded for about 60

The dash looks like someone picked up All pieces a threw them at a wall and said good to go. Like all new vehicles the dash is a cluttered mess of distractions.

Why you will be yelled for driving in a middle lane... that's the correct lane to cruise in a normal speed Right lane- trucks Middle lane- normal/regular speed Left lane- for speed. I guess Us is different...the left lane is for chill , holding the traffic for no goddamn reason. But if you want to make it drift actively, not passively, you still can with DSC off. You should really watch the video of Keiichi Tsuchiya the Master drifter, when he did test drive the MX-5 at Tsukuba circuit. He criticized the LSD and the soft suspension.
