    You truly inspired me. I started ADF on December 18th,2023. Started at 209 lbs, and im now 194lbs and currently continuing until im back to 150lbs. I admit that i fell off in between, but i learned to get back up. Losing 15lbs in 2 months has now pushed me to keep going and focus on clean eating instead of smaller portions. Im also doing strength training 4 days per wk with cardio. ADF is the only solution that is working for me. ❤ thank you colleen

    Started ADF journey on 23rd January. Like i said I will update my weight loss after a month now.
    23/1/24- 86kgs
    22/2/24- 79kgs
    I lost 6kgs in first 10 days, but after that i lost only 1 kgs.
    I am definitely continuing ADF. Also, I have thyroid issues maybe because of that im not loosing any weight.
    I am still motivated. And yes i workout every feasting days.
    Yes will, continue it for sure... Even if i loose 2-3kg a month im still happy. Because this is definitely working for me.

    When you fall off the horse, you gotta not panic and get right back on. That's what weight loss journeys are all about!! The fact you have a plan and are able to move forward in that plan you'll be back at your goal weight in no time. You got this girlie!🎉🎉❤❤!

    Colleen, your natural hair is so cute and beautiful. I just wanted to say that I appreciate your channel so much because it really got me into ADF while I was debating it. I can say that I have gone from 205lbs to 195lbs so far using ADF, and I plan to get all the way down to a healthy weight of 145lbs. Once again, thank you! :)

I was on CZcams on my tv and just had to tell you what an AWESOME, AMAZING, STRONG, BEAUTIFUL PERSON YOU ARE. YOU ARE THE REALEST PERSON I HAVE EVER WATCHED!!!!     Hello Colleen,
    I found that since I am not a menstruating woman, I have difficulty doing the ADF. What I do now is portion control and stay in a calorie deficit. In order to stay in my calorie deficit, I use the servings amount. If a half a cup of rice is 1/2 cup that is what I eat 1/2 cup. I use a food scale to stay with three ounces of protein. I did not change the foods I ate I just portion them out. I use the servings amount for my portions, and it keeps me in a calorie deficit. I stay in a 1200 to 1500 calorie deficit. Never under or over. For exercise I only do cardio for now because weightlifting puts on muscle, and I am trying to lose the weight first then reshape my body. I did ADF but once normal eating occurs the weight came back. I notice you weighed yourself and was 201 pounds but at the end of your ADF week you were 203 pounds. It could be that your portions were too much and so were the servings. When I eat out, I get a, to go box right away and place half of my food in the box and only eat the other half. I have to admit it has been working wonders and I lose every week. Plus, you are still eating the foods you love but portioning them, staying in a calorie deficit, using the servings for whatever you eat and weighing your protein and whatever other foods need weighing. Everything has a calorie including seasonings. They need to be counted too. Pepper, salt, ketchup etc. Once you have reached your goal weight have a cheat day but to maintain you will always have to be in a calorie deficit. You will always have to portion your food. It is a lifestyle change and because I do not have to change the food, I like to eat it is working for me. All we need is two slices of a thin slice of pizza and it is a serving. This also keeps a person from overeating. No one needs to overeat. I mean, no disrespect to your methods, I am just sharing. I hope you get a chance to read this. I wanted to write it when you were not live. Congratulations on completing college, I just finished in December, and it has been enlightening. We are now among the degreed. Before I forget food prepping keeps a person on track. All they have to do is heat it up.

FYI- when you eat dairy, meat of any kind (fish, chicken, etc. you are feeding animal hormones on top of your own hormones and increasing your fibroids . Fibroids feed off of hormones.     Hi, I watched your video on how to get thru fasting days and you mentioned that you don’t like coffee but need the energy, idk if you are aware of green tea pills, they have 160 mg of caffeine, I’ve used them and they get you buzzing. They are called weight loss green tea. Hope this helps if you haven’t heard of them

    Hi colleen! I have recently started ADF. It definitely shrinks your stomach. I do have a question, maybe you have the answer. I understand that you take vyvanse. I also have add/adhd. I take focalin which is a stimulant. Do you take your meds on your fast days? Or do you avoid it? The reason I ask is because i haven't found many answers regarding fasting and medication.

    Gurl, congrats on your promotion and I work from home as well. I'm following Chloe Ting weightloss challenge and Grow with Jo's 3 mile workout on my feast days. I only just began ADF and this workout routine but I'm feeling great. We need lean mass to help us keep the weight off. Cardio is only helpful to a certain extent. Gotta squat our @sses lean. T.T

    Been watching you for a long time and I know you struggled at some point with ADF being harder on you than it used to be, with issues like hair loss, etc. Do you know about Dr Mindy Pelz? She's a fasting expert for women and she explains that you shouldn't fast all the time, like the week before your period because it tanks your progesterone. You should definitely watch a couple of her videos and hopefully it will spark back your love for fasting. Just thought of you and hope this helps! Love you & your vids ♥

    Just wondering when you were alternate day fasting during your cycle, did you still do 36 hours or did you shorten it? Dr Mindy's book says shorten during the cycle. Just wondering what you did

      You can adf until you reach your weight goal, then maintain a coloric deficit, exercise, etc, whatever you're most comfortable with and maintain best.
