Apparently I’m one of the most unlucky players when it comes to them, they only come at me when it becomes dark or right before. I end up circling a fire pit/campfire or just hoofing it with a torch, because it’s almost impossible to fight more than one.

i can beat you one better, in spring, playing Webber, i JUST finished having a spider war with my own 7 tier 3 spider dens, dogs start barking, there is no beefalo near me(well, there was a small herd, but a small herd aint gonna fend off a pack of dogs), the dogs come at me(also my main base is not far away, its fairly close)kill some of my dens and me and then continued to kill more dens, i only had 2 dens left, couldnt even use my base anymore and i JUST got dragonfruit right before that happened, i was growing more, decided to delete that world(i was playing it solo anyways)
same but with spiders and frogs, they always spawn near my base

Just started playing DST myself recently after watching it on CZcams. Day 12 of my first world, barely got anything set up because I either got the worst beginner seed or I'm pure trash, it's almost night, and Wilson lets me know that I'm about to have a bad time. Right before it gets dark, fang floofs start chasing me. Died 4 times before killing them all. (Endless was a wise choice)
