- So uncle woodie got new polished wood in his... Gimmicks? Well, anyway he has now couple of new character traits which are quite indeed fascinating (though some say unnecessary, I find them fascinating, so don't judge me). Enjoy!

Really? How do you control all the people turning into beavers and chopping trees, and Moose wrecking everything. Do you have a special squad?
you can eat totems ahead of time to transform into specific form before full moon arrives, and when it does it will refill your weremeter to enable the form you chose to keep going rather than pushing you into a random form. with the halved drain rate it's a night optimal for getting stuff done in forms

My friend and I started a world hoyrs ago, and we hadn't heard of Woodie's rework. He played as Woodie, ate something bad and turned into the goose. It was a pretty funny surprise.

Actually, WereMoose can actually kite most mobs like normal Woodie, I've tried with most mobs, including giants

@@KitsukiiPlays Well, I don't know about other bosses, but I tested WereMoose on deerclops, goosemoose and bearger.
Deerclops can be literally tanked.
Goosemoose can be easily kited and you can actually kill her before weremeter drains
Bearger was a hard one, I had to fight on the pathway for increased speed, and it was a close call, I ended up with very low hp at the end of the battle and my weremeter drained a second after I killed him, but I did it anyway.
So I don't really know why some people are complaining.
You can always carry extra food with you and a second idol, get away from the boss before you change back to human, heal up, restore your sanity and turn into weremoose again.
The only problem are the shadow creatures that may interrupt your fight if you run insane while battling.
Woodie now feels like a viable character.

James Bucket I feel like he could eat logs to regain health and sanity. Maybe 20 health and hungry with 15 sanity with the cost that eating too many would cause a transformation.

TayTay Rum not really you couldn’t use in a battle because you could get the goose plus to balance it out more the transformation would only last have as long.

I Fixed my sound issues, and understand the video now. Being near Wes probably *still* reduces sanity, I think.

Here's something u might want to steal. In the second rework (the one woodie got the next day after the first one) they make the sanity and the wear meter decrease slower so u can be in a wear form for half a day in game. So say hello to massive deforestation.

fantastic work as usual, when the rework came out I was a bit disappointed, but a few fixes and now woodie it's pretty fun, thanks for showing exactly how to take advantage of his forms, I was especially worried about the moose form

The totems remind me of the transformation masks in Majora’s mask. The moose packs a punch, the goose is always on the loose, and the beaver can help collect recourses. All have their clear use and utilities for specific situations.
I never played this game but damn these videos are entertaining!

I’m not sure if this is still true, but Woodie’s ace is actually his wife...(iirc, it contains the spirit of said wife, who he killed during one of his were-rampages. Also, if you beat adventure mode and lose said axe, Woodie will actually face the wrong way when he’s forcibly duct-taped to Maxwell’s throne.)
