I'm on TRT and fairly well rounded on the subject. That being said, this podcast is full of gems! Best 82 mins I've spent in a long time. It also opened my eyes to Dr. Keith Nichols who happens to be in my area (Chattanooga). I've been looking for a new TRT doc, so this was divine timing to say the least. Thanks for constantly bringing the enlightenment Ben!
Great stuff as always Jay! Dropping esoteric and testosterone gems!
One of the best channels on youtube. Learned so much much from Ben over the years, bought the MI40, best money I spent.
