    Food in the US is toxic. I lived in Australia for 10 years. Led a very busy, borderline stressful professional lifestyle and was able to Keep my bf at 14% or lower with a flat stomach and visible abs….. I trained an average of 3-5 days per week, and was careful but not pedantic about my diet. I returned to the US in 2018 and kept my diet and training the same. My body composition degraded dramatically. I was eating the same diet and training with MORE intensity to try and offset the weight gain…..I had a hunch it was the toxins in the food here versus the foodI was eating for 10 years in Australia. Thank you Ben and Jay for confirming my thesis…..I’ve come up with work arounds, albeit expensive but I have no other options. Leaving the US is an option I’m seriously considering.
