The Jawa species has a dark past, and current culture. This complete breakdown will show us their connections to the Sand People, Tusken Raiders, and the Kumumgah species that they hail from, after the devastating attack of the Rakata species and their Infinite Empire. See how Tatooine shaped this famous Star Wars species, see how they lived in fortresses and Sandcrawler vehicles, and a whole lot more.

Even though the Rakatan were monsters, the side quest of KOTOR in which we meet a Rakata in a mind prison was sad af, considering that Revan became the closest thing to a friend that imprisoned Rakata had in thousands and thousands of years. In fact, the part in which Revan, when he is about to be released, asks the Rakata to at least tell him his name and the creature responds that he doesn't even remember it anymore broke my heart 😢

This was my first exposure to the species at all, in any way. I was surprised when they turned out to be evil, my impression was that he was quite bright, and honorable as well. To be frank, if you take away our ability to break reality and play out different paths, from his characters in game perspective there's really no way for him to know if you would have been willing to give up your own freedom upon defeat. For him to be willing to give up what might have been his last chance at being free for who knows how long once you win fair and square, well not just anybody would do that. Lord knows the average human would have been as willing to give up such a thing based on honor alone. I consider what I would do in a situation like that, and really I have no idea if I would have been able to accept defeat under those implications with as much grace and dignity as him. To say he's a bad guy in any way is interesting, we don't know much about him, but from what we do know it seems to be the opposite.

Like imagine after millennia of observing us from the gutters and walls, rats begin to evolve developing their own languages and religions, walking upright and slowly getting taller through generations to more easily interact with their environment and other species (sentient rat asks to trade a coin for a couple chips, bet most would do it just for the memes), they begin using tools and scavenge and trade knowledge and resources to the point they develop space travel... They would probably act in an almost identical lifestyle that the Jawas portray in the films...

I don’t think they cared about the other war crimes they cared about the war crime being committed against them but just to say forget about it for a muddy egg

Playing Jedi Survivor, be on Jedha in the Archive, be exploring and take notice of the architecture of the place. Some places, doors, and side cut walk-ways are far too small for humans so Jawa's must have settled there a long time ago. Good place to hide from the Empire, thick stone walls sensors and scanner s can't penetrate, and the including of old technology as to not arouse suspicion. I am imagining the Jawa people have grown acclimated to their sandy environment over the millennia and can't stand greenery.

Well at least Tattooine wasn't destroyed by global warming... I was genuinely worried with the Carbon Footprints of those Fusion Powered Sand Crawlers.

Kotor is the best shit ever, and HK best character to omg to die for. Last bits in Revan in HK and the Ebon Hawk, I can feel what Revan was like through the ship and through HK.
    Edit: 2:46 dude.... WTF?

The term devolved human is incorrect. Say humanoid, if anything.

Meh, don’t care what someone wrote decades later. Those glowing eyes are just that, their eyes. Not some ruby bull crap.
