One last big note. In the Caravan of Courage there is a female Ewok Mystic that gets what looks like a force crystal that looks like a raw Kyber crystal. With it she uses "magic" also could be considered force powers. Also of special note, the force power manifests as GREEN light almost exactly like Nightsister magic. Its never directly stated, but I think it is pretty obvious that Ewoks CAN be force sensitive and the shamans can use it instinctually just like Nightsisters.

I like this concept, and it is just something that when you actually sit down and consider CoC is in the Star Wars universe, one realises it is totally sensible.
The equivalent idea is that E.T. is a Jedi, because the Asogian Senatorial party seen in the background in TPM (i.e. E.T.'s race as an easter egg), and that E.T. himself can perform telepathy, telekenisis, and [Force] healing. (All of those are exactly what happens in the movie "E.T. - The Extraterrestrial").

I honestly like the idea of a Therapy Ewok. You're introduced by your therapist, and you pet the Ewok, thinking it's a cute animal. Then the Ewok introduces itself, and you snatch your hand back in horror at your unintentional assumption, before apologising. It's then explained to you that the Ewok is actually a trained therapist in their own right, and genuinely helps with your problems. They're not afraid to intervene with a fluffy hug when things get too much.
After a while, you improve. Your Therapy Ewok becomes more like a friend than a therapist, and during your chats they reveal that their work in therapy is part of how they pay for the import of exotic meats to their homeworld. Human, in particular, is a delicacy. They laugh at your sudden look of shock and horror, only laughing harder as you process the implication of the Empire's defeat on Endor. Then you laugh in turn. Those Imperial bastards deserved it!

On the whole "Deathstar debris would wipe out all life on the moon", not super likely, the gas giant would attract the vast majority of pieces, smaller ones would burn in the atmosphere, and anything in between had an entire rebel fleet to tractor it into the gas giants path. Anything that landed was probably only causing forest fires at worst.

I think I can see the PTSD Ewok. I haven't read about it, so I have no context for it. But it seems good in my mind and sounds like we're seeing two different things.
When you said it, the first thing in my mind was a small, friendly, compassionate, and CRAFTY companion for vets. Not only that, seems like the Ewoks, and especially WIckets tribe actually understood what they were going through. Not like someone else who read about it in psychology class. But someone who understands the brutality of life but is still guided by kindness.
I can't really see them as "dogs" or anything like that. Just an Ewok who hangs out with someone for a few months and takes care of them and guides them in a very dark time. Then takes a few months back home showing off the trinkets he picked up with his paycheck.
Actually sounds like a great thing.

Sounds like they would be tribal healers more than companion pets. Run the veterans through rituals, exercises, lessons, and maybe hunts to help them work through troubles and come out the other side cleansed of their demons and ready to sing life songs again. An culture like that would have strong bonds between warriors, and practices to recover warriors and hunters minds and spirits as well as their bodies.

I love the Ewoks. I grew up watching the reruns of the cartoon which, along with the live action films, will always be canon for me. I totally think the Ewoks can be force sensitive because in the cartoon we see Logray use magic which, in the Star Wars universe, comes from the force. They even have a magic crystal, the Sunstar, that focuses his power, not unlike a Kyber Crystal. But the thing that seals the deal for me is Logray's apprentice, Zarrak, who started practicing that dark magic you mentioned, and totally fell to the dark side. Seriously everything he keeps telling Teebo is straight Sith talk. So I totally think they are force sensitive, they just interpret it differently, like the Nightsisters.

I just thought Endor was a back water moon that space faring species had little too no interest or reason to visit so there for on the rair occur a ship did land they would have been in and out without any real reason too hang out and therefore Ewoks were like hillbillys haven't seen a out side species before.

Potentially, but people have been burning fires over wood floors for centuries. Bigger fires mean you need a deeper and wider base to catch embers, and no loose debris that could let an ember catch. An ember on solid wood isn't going to do much. Ash is a decent insulator and easy enough to carry and place under a pyre in large quantities quickly.

Short, squat, and stubby fingered with barely any hand? Not too likely these Ewoks would ever have the manipulation to properly wield a tool or a bow.
