could you make a category for sunscreen under $30?? y’all are great but the economy is not😩
Same issue!!!
Just put a loan on sum sunscreen gangy
Kinship spf 60 is 28, their spf 32 is only 26, one lasts about a month for me, though I use a separate product to reapply. I think the reapplying shits BS so they can sell more product. zinc is reflective, and as long as you don’t sweat it or rub it away it should still work.
Black girl sunscreen, spf 50 I believe. Their kids version. It has an oilier finish so if you don’t like that it might not be the best, but I have really sensitive skin and it’s never once broken me out. $10 (I use it as a moisturizer and sunscreen in one)
La Roche-Posay is around $21 at target
My issue is that these sunscreens are in small ounces for an average of $35. Most people do not apply enough sunscreen and if they do then the product is done within a week or two.
Try some body sunscreens - get a lot of product for less and they have better formulas these days...
Black Girl Sunscreen, the one they mention at the end, is $16 at Target! I do hope they begin to make sunscreen more affordable overall too so more people wear it.
Beauty of Joseon is $11 for 50ml. I bought 3 from Stylevana + shipping and it was $34.66 for 150ml. It’s a holy grail sunscreen
Beauty of joseon, black girl sunscreen are more affordable
@@ohhail I’m seeing these on this website. I’ve never heard of stylevana is it legit the prices are amazing and also do they ship uk fast
I love the Neutrogena Mineral Zinc sheer sunscreen- I don’t think it leaves a bad white cast, if it does, it’s just for a second and then it blends into the skin beautifully. I have super dry skin and I just love this one.
Definitely a beach sunscreen for me.
Thanks so much for covering Black Girl SunScreen! I love the kids version for myself and my child! It has a higher SPF, we struggled to find something that did not turn our little kid purple or blue...Black Girl Sunscreen was perfect for our skin!
i’ve seen a lot of people talk about sunscreens for face but not much about sunscreens for the body
if you guys don’t mind, i’d love to see a video on body sunscreens :)

I agree Dr Maxwell is extremely sun tanned, probably due to his outdoor activities but we mustn’t forget to use sunscreen on the body
You’re the real MVP. 🙏🏻
Same! A number of these are too pricey to also be using daily on the rest of the body
I love the Eucerin Daily Hydration SPF 30, Banana Boat Light as Air SPF 50, Bondi Sands SPF 50, and Neutrogena Hydro Boost SPF 50!
Black girl sunscreen can be used on the body also it’s a 3.4 Oz bottle
Watching your banter back and forth while filming cracks me up! You guys are helpful and informative, straight forward and honest about the products you review, are are funny as comedians! This channel is fabulous!! Thank you so much for the wonderful information you give and the simple way you both present your opinions based on data and science.
I love the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Clear Skin Suncreen. I have very oily skin. It’s the only one I’ve found that I love and doesn’t feel oily. And the Black Girl sunscreen is 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 a god-send
I use it, and I get so many white particles on my face. Could it be because im not that oily?
Thanks I’m gonna try it . I’m black and all I’m getting are greasy sunscreens that make my face shiny even tho they say oil free . When i use a mineral it leaves a huge white cast . I can’t take it
I religiously wear the Elta MD UV clear tinted sunscreen. With my acne prone skin, I never break out and the niacinamide helps with my scarring
As a very pale female who is allergic to Zinc in sunscreen, I am so grateful for the Asian sunscreens providing other options.
Whats the best asian sunscreen? Ive tried a couple and it triggers bumps and pimples 😢
I like the Canmake and Anessa sensitive ones 😊
Just say you're a woman.
My fave is the Hada Labo White Gel
@@Tathy_Pikachu love that one too!
One of the biggest issues for me is that tinted or white casts always stain my clothes so I was able to get a couple of your recommended product to address this issue. Thank you so much
for me the best value ive been able to find for a facial routne is from walmart : 16oz cerave SA daily facial wash 16$ , cerave daily face lotion 16oz 16$ , advanced clinicals retinol lotion 16oz 16$ for night , and eucerin daily spf lotion 16oz 12$ for daytime
So glad they mentioned Black Girl Sunscreen. I ALWAYS struggled with a white cast until trying this sunscreen.
Thank you.... Because of you both, I have a great sunscreen routine that is amazing. After my skincare, I moisturize around my eyes because the best sunscreen I've ever used around my eyes and on my lids and brows is that Neutrogena Ultra Sheer. It's rocks. But it's too white for all over. Around my eyes it just brightens a bit and doesn't sting.
Face gets La Roche Posay with a touch of tinted Elta MD on my sunspots on my cheekbones. Neck and chest get Neutrogena Hydro Boost... and hands get CeraVe 30 moisturizer. Sounds like a lot but none of them work for everything. Finding the right products for the right bits ensures that I wear it all everyday. And it takes less than 2 minutes, seriously.
Beauty of Joseon is my absolute fave. Nice to see it made your list.
My staple sunscreens are:
Supergoop everyday play
Alastin Hydratint
Elta MD UV Elements tinted
Algenest Sublime Defense
Plla HOP + skin repair cushion (Korean compact)
I just tried the Altruist SPF 30 and 50 sunscreens and I LOVE them. The Skin Clinic ships to the U.S. for a reasonable price. They’re very lightweight and water resistant which I need in the humid South.
Biore watery essence is a cult classic. The alcohol can be drying and irritating though. Mustela hybrid sunlotion is so nice, and I miss it so much!! Apieu and Missha's mineral sunscreens with centella asicatica are really nice and fairly affordable and soothing on skin! Avene intense protect is pretty darn good so far.
Just found you guys. Love, love , love!!!! So informative in a fun way.
I am a newer esthetician ( been a skin care junkie for decades though). I personally love La Roche Posay light fluid mineral sunscreen. So lightweight and no cast at all. I love the tinted version. It’s perfect touch of natural color for those of us that don’t wear foundations. I recommend it to all my clients that are hesitant to wear sunscreen because of heaviness/ cast. Thank You for the great info and keep it coming!!
I adore you both! I love the friendship and the inside jokes! The chemistry, camaraderie and the bond. I can binge watch these videos like it was a Netflix special. Thank you for so the content you both put out.
Same! So much information and they're so fun to listen too!
My favourite derms to watch 😊
I'v tried elta MD clear and had bad peeling and dry spots . Now I'm using LRP UV and loving it !
Round Lab Birch Juice is my absolute fave! I have normal skin that tends to get a little dry in the winter. This product is perfect by itself in the summer (over a vitamin C serum), and in the winter I just use the CosRX power 96 snail mucin essence underneath and it adds just the right amount of moisture. No white cast, absorb nicely and leaves a natural finish. I think it also has niacinamide, too.
Love all of these sunscreens! ISDN and DRMTLGY are two of my holy grail sunscreens, even though the tint messes up my masks and collars. I'm also a big fan of Korean and Japanese sunscreens--they're the only chemical sunscreens I can use without irritation around the eyes and neck. One of my long-time favorites is the Hada Labo Gokujyun UV white gel. I've been using it for years and it's still the best! Goes on very light and leaves no cast whatsoever, though it can leave the skin a bit shiny.
I used Drmtlgy but there is barely any tint so I returned it 😩😩 Do you know of a different Korean tinted sunscreen with broad spectrum?
digging this channel in a major way, the edits CRACK ME UP and your info is great.
This was a great video! I would also love more information on sunscreens that not only are effective for our skin but also don't hurt the environment.
I would love to have a 2nd part for this video because I love sunscreen talk and it seems like you too
Beauty of Joseon sunscreen is amazing and so is Round Lab, Dr. G and SNP
I just ordered the Joseon sunscreen. Keeping my fingers crossed that it works for me.
I'm really loving a lot of the Japanese sunscreens - the Biore UV Watery Essence and the Skin Aqua Super Moisture UV Gel are my current favorite day-to-day sunscreens, and the Kose UV Perfect Essence Super Water Proof is my go-to waterproof sunscreen for outdoor activities. Japanese sunscreens DO tend to contain a lot of ethanol for a quick-dry, light finish though, but my skin isn't bothered by it
Any for body? I feel they are so small I use them in a 2 weeks and on to the next
@@danir9736 the skin aqua UV super moisture gel (140g) or the suncut aqualy UV protect gel (160g) come in bigger bottles
The LRP Toleraine Double Repair is my current fav US sunscreen. It looks really shiny at first but it dries down quickly and just gives me that kinda "lit from within" glow. I do have very dry skin, if you have normal to oily, stay away. But it's definitely great, and the price point is pretty good too. And it doesn't feel heavy.
Black girl sunscreen is🔥🔥🔥 I'm dark-skinned and it doesn't give me a cast AT ALL and it's very moisturizing to my dry skin. Doesn't cause breakouts and it gives me a ✨️glow✨️. Yeah, go get that.
I’ve been using this sunscreen and i really like it but it made me break out 😩 my skin is so sensitive 😔
@@jordyyy9987 that sucks! I have sensitive skin as well, eczema to be exact but it doesn't bother me at all! As the commenter above has said, you probably have acne prone skin and need something lighter! Black Girl Sunscreen is a bit on the oily side. Good luck to finding one though. The struggle is real with us sensitive-skinned folk.
@@jordyyy9987 I’ve been hearing that a lot and that’s made me scared to try it.
@@The_Eleventh_Sign Thank you! I’m glad this sunscreen works for you! And yes the struggle is very real 🥴😩 Thanks for your help!
@@denisewilliams2818 If you don’t have acne prone skin I think it’s worth a try! A lot of people love this sunscreen so it may work for you! You never know till you try 😊
I love the Dr Jart Sun Everyday I think it’s called. I’m allergic to something in chemical sunscreens but not sure the exact ingredient. Thank you for this review!!
I just love watching you both. You really mean communicating professionally. You are both attentive to each other. That makes the discussion with its continuity. They catch up with one another and so that makes it understandable
better.
My ultimate sunscreen recipe: 1 part SuperGoop Unseen sunscreen, 1 part SuperGoop Matte Screen, and 1 part CeraVe PM lotion.
I think sunscreen is much more popular now, but let me say that wearing it daily from an early age will greatly benefit you in the long run. Back in the early 80’s when I was a teenager, all I could find was Clinique City-Block, so that’s what I wore. Every day. Fast forward 40 years and I always get compliments on my skin, even at 55. I’m just so happy there are now so many great sunscreens to choose from.
I thought I was the only person that mixed the super matte with the unseen sunscreen 😂I wish I didn’t have to but I don’t like them on they’re own
Apparently some sunscreen ingredients don’t mix well
I came here to see if Black Girl Sunscreen would make the list and was super happy to see it represented! I wear it every day and it blends great into my fair skin. I have dry, relatively sensitive skin (in case anyone is on the fence about trying it).
I use this brand too but the kids formula. So good
Is there any eye sting?
I love Black Girl sunscreen, too (both regular and Kids version). I'm sensitive (especially to fragrance) and have dry skin but they work great for me.
@@Isabel-pu1ir no and my eyes are sensitive
@@ccruz619 what’s the difference
Yay! I get to try something else and actually wear it this time for dry sensitive skin w/o a white cast :)
Please do more videos like this. Love it ! Thanks both of you
LRP - huge fan. Glad to see it made the list. Affordable & accessible. Have heard great things about BG but b/c LRP has worked so well I just haven't purchased any.
Hero’s Cosmetics Sunscreen has been amazing for me. Been using it for the last few months, goes on slightly greasy but absorbs really well like a moisturizer and it’s green toned which helps cancel out my redness a bit. I have sensitive skin and have had no issues.
Yes! Been using this since winter and as a lupus patient Eith rosecea it’s a good one
I am a black girl and I have never heard of black girl sunscreen until this year. I have been sleeping on all the good skin care updates. I need to try it out. 😋 thank you for the suggestion. I have been using cerave sunscreen and Nivea sunscreen. But they just don't cut it I think.
I love Black Girl sunscreen for winter and fall it is a bit too greasy for me this time of year but my skin is not super dry in summer. I am Caucasian and honestly I think anyone can use this sunscreen. I just picked up the kid's SPF 50 at Walgreens and I actually like that better than the ones designed for adults it does not seem as greasy but that could be just me. I say try it..they also make a matte formula. I love supporting small women owned businesses.
My daughter uses this sunscreen. It seems a bit too greasy for me . Gives off a lot of shine. Though I am fair skinned and my daughter is darker In tone she loves it!!! She says it gives her a “glow”😉
What’s wrong with you? You’re literally built with “sunscreen” skin and now you wanna put this poison on your skin, it enters your blood stream, it causes cancer. But you do you just to fit in
I just came back from holiday and I assure you, I can tan and burn. I'm still a human being. The sun can still damage me. Just want to be extra cautious when protecting my skin so I can stay youthful. 🤗
@@shanikacorb then don’t sit there and tan lol. There’s nothing natural about baking in the sun so obviously even with sunscreen you’re still causing harm. Moderation in fact is actually healthy for you and allows you to live longer. Wanna be cautious, then stay away from these unhealthy chemicals and don’t stay in the sun for a long period of time
I’m so glad someone is finally starting to talk about skincare products for people with non-white skin! 🙌 Thank you guys!!
Completely agree about not bothering with moisturiser under sunscreen - if you have a good one it should do what a moisturiser does so need for double bubble!
yes and you don't have to worry about pilling either
The Beauty of Joseon is one of the few sunscreens that doesn’t burn my eyes. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on sunscreens that ended up being body sunscreens because the minute they get near my eyes… I’m in pain for hours
Omg same here lol. Beauty of Joseon is the only chemical sunscreen that does not burn or irritate my eyes. My holy grail!
@@slhilliard The Beauty of Joseson is so inexpensive, for the moment, feels so lovely, and doesn’t burn my eyes that as long as it’s affordable….it will be my go to.
I keep meaning to buy it cause I need non burning for chemical sunscreens
@@nikki2370 Get it before the figure out what they have and raise the price. Lol
How does it smell? I have it on my list of sunscreens to try out. However, I absolutely hate the typical "sunscreen smell" traditional sunscreens have - and I will NOT use anything with that stink, no matter what (yes, I smell it the whole day, unfortunately). I'd be glad if you told me how the Beauty of Joseon smells! Thank you!
I have dry, eczema prone skin. The La Roche Posay Tolerian is my go to. I also like the Paula’s Choice Resist Skin Restoring Moisturizer.
Tried several sunscreens, but my ultimate favorite is the VMV Hypoallergenics Armada Sport 70. SPF 70. 🥰🥰
Love the clarity, thanks much..
Elta MD sport is also good for the those who are active. My everyday go to is, ISDIN tinted and it is really good for those who suffer with hyperpigmentation.
I actually can recommend another active sunscreen called Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen. I used to use this in my long distance swims (5k) and half Ironmans. I have never burned with this. It may have a white cast if you throw it on thickly (more than a teaspoon per limb) but it lasts in two-hour swims in open water so that’s what sold me. I’ve worn it to watching all-day events in the sun and have never been asked if I’d been to the beach the day after. LoveLoveLove!!!!
I love it too!
Thank you! I swim too, really swim, not splash around, so a good sunscreen that does not sting my eyes under a mask is a must.
I put blue lizard sunscreen on my nephew every day before dropping him off to summer camp and I’ve noticed less freckles appearing this year. I just hope he’s reapplying at least once while he’s at camp.
👍
No, I just put some on my young daughters and it made their face dry and flaky. I didn't like it
I use both Super Goop glow screen and beauty of joseon so I’m glad it’s on your list of the best sunscreens!
I needed this video! It would be really great if you made one about which dermatological procedures are available for each skin type / age?
I love the Neutrogena Sheer Zinc SPF 50! I wear it every day on my neck as my neck tends to be a bit sensitive and this really helps keep things calm. Very little white cast as I really work it in. I wear Paula's Choice on my face. Perfect combo for me! 🎉💖
Been using the Paula’s Choice Daily Hydrating fluid lately and loving it. It’s spf and super lightweight and I don’t get a cast. Would love to see you guys review that!
I like this one too!
@Doctorly Thank you so much for your science and experience based reviews. I appreciate the factual information, thorough product reviews in layman's terms, and tips/tricks. This video is so timely. Especially appreciate you telling us what to avoid. I have sensitive skin and major allergies so multiple sunscreens have irritated my skin or made me sneeze like crazy. Learned something new about efficacy regarding combination sunscreen and moisturizer. What are your favorite products that are only available in Korea or Europe? Can't wait to hear.
I love the DRMTLGY physical tinted moisturizer as my moisturizer. I find it covers better. I don't wear foundation so this is perfect. I'm team matte finish and this is more matte than the Universal moisturizer.
I love Banana Boat Light as air sunscreen lotion for face. it has UVA/UVB broad spectrum SPF 50+. It's my go to, I have tan skin and blends well leaving no white cast. It makes my skin dewy but I can easily fix it with a matt powder!
yes I love this one too!! I have like three bottles on hand at all times lol it actually makes my face look better than without it, it lfeels like it has HA in it or something but I don't think so? anyways, love it !
I have oily, breakout prone skin and my skin can be easily sensitized. My two holy grail sunscreens this year have been the Black Girl Sunscreen Kids SPF 50 and the Eucerin Age Defense SPF 50. I am not a fan of zinc oxide sunscreens, they irritate my skin and always leave a whitecast (I have a Fitzpatrick type 3-4 skintone). And even with my oily skin, I prefer a more moisturizing sunscreen over an oil control because those oil control ones always feel so drying.
I was curious about the Black Girl Sunscreen on acne prone skin. considering some of the ingredients, are ones I think I’ve had trouble in the past with. I might give the kids version a shot.
Blk Girl was the absolute first sunscreen I've worn consistently throughout the summer. Finally I don't look like a shiny ghost! I highly recommend it 👌🏾
Hey, I would like to purchase it but I would kindly like to know, does it leave a matte or dewy(shiny) finish on you, thanks.
@@shirleenwanjiru719 The version of Black Girl Sunscreen (BGS) in this video has a dewy finish. BGS also has a clear, lightweight sunscreen gel called 'Make it Matte'. It kind of feels like a primer. I have them both and they're both great.
@@_NoHandle_ Thank you for the response.
Shining ghost got me haaaa
My only concern is that the spf is only 30 and I've been under the impression that skin of color is better suited at spf 50.
Thank you for this sunscreen review! I would love to see a video on UPF and sun-protective clothing
Thank you for your commitment to spreading good information!
You guys are pretty awesome because you are passionate about recommending sunscreens for all different needs. The one thing I would like to see is sunscreens on a budget, because not everyone can shell out twenty or thirty dollars for a 3 ounce tube of sunscreen...
Frezyderm Sunscreen(I use the "CLEAR" one, haven't tried the "TINTED" one).
Frezyderm sunscreen is great as well, at least for me. I have acne prone & oily skin. It works really well and is very light weight.
So happy to see you guys back together for a video!
I love elta md but it is quite pricey for such a small amount. Looking forward to seeing other recommendations!
Yes, affordable ones! I wanted to try the Isden, it is $70.
@@traceytrotter9934 I choked on my breakfast when I saw that price!
@@traceytrotter9934 same! 😭
Love love elta MD too.
Drmtlgy has a dupe for the Elta md sunscreen. The dupe is drmtlgy tinted moisturizer spf 46
The state of Hawaii has banned sunscreens that contain oxybenzone and octinoxate- two chemicals that are harmful to the coral reef. Can you do a discussion on which brands you can recommend w/o these ingredients?
Love how difficult guys are and totally get along!
After trying many sunscreens I've now settled with Safescreen Teesta mineral sunscreen. It works great for my skin. It doesn't burn my eyes and blends well.
The DRMTLGY sunscreen is wonderful for my dry skin. I just purchased my 5th bottle. I'm personally not a fan of any Supergoop sunscreens.
same!! finally someone who does not have the best experience with that brand just like me
Could you recommend great choices for those on a tight budget? Thanks!
I'm a geodetic surveyor and I finally started taking sunscreens seriously a little over a year ago after I got 2nd degree burns from sun exposure during work on my face, cleavage and shoulders. It was SO painful 😭
Looking for a new sunscreen right now, though, because my sunscreen makes me extremely shiny and not in a good way.
Kind of wanted to see more PA++++ sunscreens mentioned here for "TOP" protection. Mermaid Gel PA++++ should be here, and if you haven't tried it. AMAZING. Not sure if it has independent studies, but love it for higher protection.
I LOVE the Eucerin Oil Control SPF 50 sunscreen. It's the first one I actually like to wear daily. It leaves a nice and natural, slightly matte finish without drying out my oily but sensitive skin. Can't recommend it enough.
I was gonna get it but it’s not water resistant unfortunately
Please do more sunscreens. Love hearing your opinions. Also more Korean spfs would be great. I have sensitive yet dry skin. But don't like shiny. I feel like I've tried a million spfs. I am currently using Elta elements but it's to dark and I have to mix it. I would love a company to come out with a great tinted SPF in many shades..or at least 3!
Have you tried Olay Regenerist Mineral Subscreen SPF 30? That leaves little to no cast on me. Dr. Jarts Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 is another good one and makes my skin completely matte.
Does Dr Jarts carry a tinted sunscreen?
Try out Bliss Block Star and Hero - both at Target. Wish Olay Mineral spf 30 was easier to find. I’m afraid they are going to discontinue.
OMG!!!!
I just bought The La Roche Posay sunscreen yesterday thanks to you guys 🙌🏼❤️
You should do a review of Jack Black Oil Free Sun Guard SPF 45! It took me forever to discover after searching high & low for the perfect budget-friendly sunscreen. It has zinc oxide and is seriously magic in a bottle for my oily, darker toned skin.
I’m allergic to fragrances and most essential oils. I also need a sunscreen that won’t sting my eyes. My other requirement is that the company is cruelty-free. I know La Roche Posay and Neutrogena are not. I’m not sure about the other companies.
I spend a lot of time gardening and sweating in the sun and my eyes have hated every sunscreen I’ve ever tried, except for Shiseido water resistant SPF 50. I just got it 2 months ago and I can’t imagine using anything else now.
Shiseido sunscreens are worth every penny!
TY doctors for all of this information. It confirms things I have learned through my life as well good points to bring up with my dermatologist. Only success to each of
u and your loved ones!
I work at Chick-fil-A and work outside a ton. I actually love the Neutrogena one. I let the first layer sit for a while and then apply another. It actually dries down pretty well for me, as I’m already very fair. 😂
Biossance is by far my favorite I have tried. The chemicals hurt my eyes and I love how moisturizing and nice it feels on my skin.
I really want to try this one. It has a great rating on EWG and it looks like it leaves a very minimal white cast. Could turn out to be my daily wear.
Would you please do a review of DAILY sunscreens for body (not face)? Sunscreens (mineral, please) that are full-on moisturizers and can block rays on hands and arms as you drive to work. Love your videos ❤️
My newest go to is Aveeno Protect & Hydrate. No white cast whatsoever. ☀️
Love reading all these recommendations!
Lupus patient with rosacea. Thank you! I use Hero mineral and it’s green tinted so it leaves a cast but it balances out the redness. Light weight SPF30
Nothing matters more than SPF thank you for making a dedicated review of the best 👏🏼👏🏼
…Or the bunch of chemicals in it
Can you please do a review on Korean and Japanese sunscreens? They tend to feel better
I love how Maxfield looks at Shah. Such love and admiration. ❤️

I like the nuetrogenena sheer zinc. I put a good thick layer of it on, then let in sit for about 15 mins and then rub it in alitle more and then top it off with a zinc based tinted sunscreen 30spf.
Its a triple win! I get a higher level of coverage, I save money because I don't have to apply a ton of my more expensive tinted sunscreen and the slight white cast from the nuetrogenena somewhat cancels out my readness so the tinted sunscreen gose on with a more even color tone and removes the need for a want of foundation!
So yeah I like the sheer zinc!
You guys always have the best blend of comedic timing and knowledge bombs! Thank you, doctors!
Octinoxate makes me break out. I have oily skin and hyperpigmentation. Paula’s Choice is one of the best sunscreens out there, Resist Ultra Light is perfect for oily skin (SPF 30). I also like MyChelle which is SPF 50 and Australian Gold Tinted also SPF 50.
Yeah you’re back🙌🙌 loving both of you❤️great idea for everyone. Never heard of Black Girl ? I wear SC everyday inside /outside, living in Florida 🌴it’s absolutely necessary, come back soon.
I’m loving the la roche posay lipikar cream based on your rec, I have very dry skin, going to add the sunscreen. I wish skin fix had a moisturizer and sunscreen combo. I also discovered skin fix oil cleanser, game changer for sure!
I have oily skin and Elta MD clear made me breakout so badly. You guys are definitely right about using what works for you. 🤷🏻♀️ Thank you for other suggestions.
😮😮I’m oily/acne prone and this is my go to 😌
i was planning on buying this, now i have no idea what to buy
My holy grail sunscreen is Australian Gold Botanicals Tinted Face SPF 50. This is a mineral formula that comes in 3 levels of tint for different skin tones, so it is easier to blend. The body version of this is also amazing, but it isn't tinted as far as I know.
I find it to be very drying to the face.
i’ve been waiting for this 👍
YES!! I have both those Korean sunscreens on the way :) Love this
I love the hero forceshield sunscreen and I don’t think I’ve seen any videos on it. Zinc based, spf 30, personally no white cast or eye sensitivity, hasn’t caused any change in my acne.
I love that one too. I heard about it from Dr. Dray, it’s so good for dry skin. I love more moisturizing sunscreens.
I am surprised you did not talk about La Roche Posay sunscreen. I have UV sensitivity . I tried almost everything under the sun, but after 30 minutes under the sun, I was covered in red bumps and it was so itchy. Finally I discovered La Roche Posay sunscreen during my trip to Europe. It was life saver for me. However, when I came back to USA, I discovered that it was not sold here. I was in shock ( it was 20 years ago). So I found the way to get through Canada. Now , thankfully , it sold in states. I cannot be without it. I recommend to anyone, who has so called “sun sensitivity”.
Which one? They have a fair few
@@CloudslnMyCoffee I am using spf60 melt in
I hope the sunscreen series continues
I LOVE the unseen sunscreen from supergoop. I keep it at my desk (I sit in front of a window) and it’s the easiest way for me to force myself to use SPF while working lol. When I put it on, I don’t feel like I have anything gross on my hands after applying so I can put it on then keep working.
Isntree and Beauty of Joseon are my faves! And the price point makes reapplying burn less :P
I see what you did there -DrM nice pun
@ Kim Green
Are those mineral ss???
@@SG-wq4rm Isntree has a mineral sunscreen (Hylauronic Acid Natural Sun Cream), but most people are referring to the Hylauronic Acid Watery Sun Gel, which is chemical. And the Beauty of Joseon is also chemical.
Finally someone is talking about Isdin! I discovered this brand in Germany where it is sold at pharmacies. My dermatologist recommended I try using the Ureadin Ultra 10 lotion. It is amazing. They also have a moisturizer targeted towards seborrheic dermatitis which works better than anything I’ve ever tried. Can’t wait to try more of their products
is it really worth $70 for just 3fl oz though???
@@aidenvilla7013 oh wow. Here, it costs 20-23 Euros (around 25 USD) for 50ml which is 1.7 fl oz.
Price wise it sits right in the middle between drugstore and higher end. Other pharmacy brands similar in price would be Avène, Bioderma, La Roche Posay which are more heavily fragranced.
70USD is steep though. I would not spend that amount on sunscreen. However, I would not hesitate to spend that on the moisturizer for seborrheic dermatitis. Luckily it’s also priced around 20USD. Nothing has worked as well as that for me.
My go to is elta md. I went to Aruba and came back the same shade of pale that I left. And the tinted sunscreen is amazing No foundation needed
Thank you so much for mentioning Black Girl Sunscreen, I love it!!
Is is easy to wash off? Has it helped with hyperpigmentation and dark spots?
