    Are you able to remove the driver side and passenger side pillars out of the truck after removal or do we have to disassemble the seat belt in its entirety? Thinking of doing this but also want to paint the interior but only if I can get those pillars out the vehicle. 5:47

    Is there any concern about the forward airbags in the forward pillar?

      No you shouldn’t have any issues at all .. if you’d like just to be safe you can remove the terminals off the battery of your concerned . I’ve done 300-400 headliners ve never had any issues

    what if the light box engine goes out one day would you have to to replace the entire thing?

    • @onpointcustomauto1289
      @onpointcustomauto1289  Před 3 měsíci

      No, you would only need to replace the light box. The fiber optics connects to the light box separately so you only need to change out the light box not the fiber optics.

      If you use a 6 foot fiber optic kit, and if it is a thin box like the one that we used in our video you can mount it in the headliner. There is enough space to mount it safely in the headliner if you use the a 10 foot kit you can run it into one of the rear pillars without issue.
