    Thank you. I m 45 and a live with a failed back surgeon syndrome, so I have lots of pain. Wetgever since I foundation your page I try every day some exercises. Your exercises are fine for me. I ve my balance back and sit not all the time in my wheelchair any more. You are so calm and can motivate good

    I just found your video. I am from Ypsilanti, Michigan. I have back pain but have not been diagnosed with anything regarding my back. This video has really improved my pain level.     Hi I'm in Canberra Australia. I've just found your videos and I find them great with gentle exercises.
    I have bulging discs in my lower back.

      Hi Janice, I don't believe I have any specific exercise videos for bulging discs, but many of the videos can be adapted. Do what you can and listen to your body!

    I have osteoporosis and I am 70 years old. I have lower back pain...right side mostly. Trouble is I have restricted movement in one of my arms due to breaking it 18 months ago. Can I still do your seated yoga excercises. Thank you
