I enjoy this so much.I have a problem though ,I had knee replacement. About 6 yes ago ..My knee is bent and I do as much as I, can.

I haven't worked out in years and have gained so much weight that it is time to make a change. Although it wasn't easy for me, they were easy enough in this video to start. My grand sent me this video. I’ve not exercised in years until she and my great granddaughter started asking me to stretch with them in the morning. I’m 79 experiencing arthritis in my knees and body. Know exercise help but until now haven’t. Thanks for the chair exercise. I’m in Hyattsville/Lanover, Maryland.

Looking for a first thing in the morning stretch routine that lasts about 10-15 minutes. Did this first one and liked it a lot. I am turning 70 in about two months and have exercised pretty much daily for the last 40 years. Joints don’t work like they used to, so some gentle stretching to start my day would be awesome.
Indiana 62yrs young. So appreciate the videos!! I’m a virtual employee sitting 9 hours a day. This is a quick easy way for me to get moving
