If y'all think an open marriage was the answer, look up the story of Ixion. Zeus was ragingly jealous himself. Hera just did not give him reason to be. Like many philanderers he didn't like being put in her position he put her in at B ALL.
I had a dream where I stole something from Hera… I do not remember what it was, but it was something valuable. She was NOT to happy about that. I then got to roast her to her face… looking back at it, it wasn’t the smartest idea. I think I woke up before she could deliver her punishment.
I liked this show a lot, it didn't represent the Gods as they actually were, but they showed a little of their true intentions from the stories. Hera's rage, Zeus' cheating, the bastard son of Zeus. They did great on that part.
I don't blame her. In Greek Mytholgy, Zeus kidnapped and raped Hera which forced her to marry him and then was completely unfaithful. How could she not hate him??
I dont blame her at all. Centuries of suppressing rage and heartbreak can really break someone. Eventhough Zeus wanted to make amends, he had no idea how to make amends with Hera and how much he has hurt her (mental baggage and all). You can only forgive someone so much until they realised that person's apologies are hollow and so they stop caring anymore.
People all say that Hera is not to blamed. Heron and his mother are not to blamed too, and they're the victims. Hera is not even a badass who couldn't stand up against Zeus directly and made the mortals suffer from her rage. It is indeed she deserved better, but how her problem with Zeus relate to innocent people? A child, a mother? I dont see a strong woman here, just a woman in blind rage
Zeus and Hera were equally fucked up imo. Zeus was a raging cheater with bastards aplenty, but he was also fiercely jealous, so Hera couldn’t go about cheating as well. Hera was a psychopath and would take out her rage on literally everyone but Zeus. I mean, Hera literally possessed Hercules and forced him to kill his entire family. Obviously they couldn’t have the gods be too accurate, otherwise it would be a crazy amount of carnage.
cheating on the goddess of marriage herself is like one of the biggest insults to her
Hera definitly got hurt pretty bad, just like in the mythology, but still, she committed way too many horrible acts to be blameless here

He made her existence miserable, so sad...

Didn’t watch this yet, but fully support Hera since reading all the myths in childhood. This women has all rights to be in rage.
I wonder if she was the reason they came up with the Hell Hath No Fury like a Woman Scorn

She should have taken it out on Zesus, not humans however I think in the myth she was made to pledge never to harm Zesus

Imagine if Hera was a city girl and ran the block like Zeus did. She’d be so much happier

poor Hera , I feel so sorry for her ..
Hera: You're tearing me spart Zeus!
Hera deserves both freedom and power. She is a betrayed wife, abused mother and fed up woman. Her decent into anger is a warning for us all.
This all happened because Zeus can't keep it in his pants.😅

gaslight gatekeep girlboss
And this is why Hera has her own cabin in camp half-blood.
