You guys should have asked about “Customer complaints on TATA service centre’s” , would not have a better podium to ask this question. This is much needed to gain confidence of potential buyers with so much negative reviews out there

PD if you are doing meet the leaders maybe try putting in really tough questions in the sense as to why after sales service network is so pathetic for Tata. The consumers are really pissed at how they get treated after the car is sold. Talking about just how impressive the growth has been is not the only thing it should be about. Sustaining that growth means having excellent after sales service where Tata lags behind.

He's done a very goodjob for the company. Speaking of Defender though, there is no hardcore offroader from tata line-up. Todays' young buyers are more into adventurous driving, long trips, exploring landscapes, etc. just like he said that customers no longer seeing cars as a product which take you from point A to point B. A 4x4 is like a helping hand, you have that sense of confidence exploring just about everywhere with your car and if you're in trouble, 4x4 is your big gun, you get out of tricky trails and obstacles without a sweat.
We need Fortuner and Legender rival from TATA motors
TATA car engine is failure model. We need to run to service center for every 3months. I have email proof from Regional head BLR saying if you delay your service by 4months then your car engine will go malfunction that too 2yrs 4 months old vehicle
Hey please ask leaders on controversial cases such as the tata safari Question mark case, why tata can't project power over dealerships ??
Wahi ghise-peete sawal. Why not also ask some difficult questions like why does Tamo offer anaemic engines in Altroz, Punch ? Or why don't they offer multiple gearbox options on launch itself.

Tata punch is a great car but I want to ask Shailesh the reason why punch does not come with ESP and Hill start assist even on AMT variant. Is there any logic?
I bought Tata tiago XZ+ 2 yrs 4months old and car engine spoiled after service at TAFE CBE and repair at KHT BLR. 1st yr itself one engine prb that luckily covered under warranty. The very next year again one problem very next day after service it results in engine head damage due to no oil circulation. It raised my concern to Regional Head of Tata motors BLR, but his response is i delayed last 2 service 3 months it caused the engine head problem. My question TATA motors CEO and common people if we delay a service by 3months will it cause engine damage? I faced this problem day after service for this question how that answer suite??
There's a reason why you park cars that way. In case of an emergency, vehicles can be evacuated with ease in order to accommodate for fire engines, etc.

When he said ki dark edition doesn't make sense in indian conditions but we make them because they look good, u should have asked, aap harrier safari m 4WD kyu nhi la rahe ho even if there isn't much demand because having it makes u feel good about ur cars capability?!? Marketshare 3/4 times increas hua hai, after sales services m itna improvement kyu nhi aa raha?

Because they know they can't build an hybrid. EV is much easier to build, after all they are just retrofitting their ICE cars.

Really curious to know what does he drive right now. Is it JLR? TATA? The Big 3?

Bring hybrid. Pure petrol doesn't make sense anymore.
Tata should give a thought on there base models, especially Harrier and Safari which cost more than 16lakhs don't have electric orvm, basic front grills and no piano finish anywhere at all. No rear defogger and wiper.

Selling under engineered, underdeveloped cars! with tones of cheap materials that keep on breaking!!! And no matter how much you spend on fixing the car it makes sure to make you a visit to the Tata motors services once a month at the least!!!
We need more info on the R&D direction on EVs. Per unit Profitability is going to be key to survive next few years

AI is future and future for human being is dark as no jobs will be available for most of them and then who will buy AI integrated vehicles infact who can afford. Things look cool when we talk of AI but the cost that we all are going to pay for it is dreadful. No jobs no money. Definitely riches will get richer and middle class will be the new poor. Save money whatever you have instead of buying cars and other stuffs. Next 5 years is crucial
