- Gauze and tape
- Headgear
- No Foul protector
- Mouthpiece
- Gel pads for knuckles
- Lace n Loops
- Training Mask
- Glove dogs
- Headphones
- Jump rope
- Evnik OR egg weights
- Boxing shoes
- Towels
- Padlock
- Tripod for recording
- Extra shirts
- Whey protein

Hey Carlos. You probably know, but it's always best to drink fluid at room temperature. If it's too cold, the body has to bring the temperature up to assimilate it in the body. The closer it is to body temperature the better. So I get the Gatorade thing. Thought I'd mention that because people think colder is better.

When your hot and sweaty(during a workout) your body is at a higher temperature, there will be a difference in temperature from your body and drink. Your body will have to consume energy to heat up the drink to your body temperature to consume it

Excellent Vid! I also have a gymbag full of snacks and trunk full of Gatorade! Id recommend a tiny first-aid kit (bandage/gauze/tape/vaseline/maybe a tampon for nosebleeds -no joke-). I also keep a tiny airpump+needle in the side, cuz there always seems to be a flat speedbag somewhere..

Always someone better. If they’re experienced they’ll work with you and make you think but not try to kill you. Sparring is about learning, not killing your partner especially if they’re new to the sport.

Do you jog a lot? What about weightlifting vs body weight like pushups
I do a lot of roadwork, typically 4-5 times a week 4-5 miles. For strength training I do mostly body weight exercises as you want to stay lean in boxing as muscle slows you down and reduces flexibility. However I also do compound weights to gain strength like bench press, squats, pull ups (with weight). Any kind of push, pull, squat, row, type exercise

infestedtaco tbh it all depends on budget. It’s a luxury item but there’s so many companies making headgear that are very similar for a fraction of the price that to me it isn’t worth it. Headgear is meant to protect your head from cuts and bruises, not impact to the brain. It’s nice but not necessary.
