Great review, thanks Carlo! I've been fascinated with this tool ever since I saw it on IG 👍
Thanks Shane! If you pick one up, let me know your thoughts, I think it’s quite effective.
csquaredboxing they don’t seem to be available anymore. Is there any other options or brands
Thanks Shane thanks Carlo, you guys should make a collaboration and spar sometime , I wonder who’s better
@@JoeMama-wq9gx theyre back on Amazon Right now I just ordered one.

Friends, Everyone who has already purchased the simulator! Don't forget, we give a 10-year guarantee on the Evnik High Speed Simulator! Also, you can return the simulator to us at any time, within 1 year! Without explaining the reasons, simply return the simulator to us if the method stops working for you after 1 year
Will your product be back on amazon soon for US residents? I'm very interested in trying this now
10 year guarantee but only return it in the first year. Nice
@falchulk hope your cutting him a commission, as soon as he posted this they've sold out.
Sorry I misunderstood your reply. I thought u were the owner or reseller of evnik.
How do I purchase this? Amazon is sold out and the link is broken
This should have a whistle on it like a nerf football so you can hear when you are getting faster and swinging/increasing speed Fluently.
what do you think
maybe im stupid. i just thought that was what the holes where
This is how GGG trains. The science behind it is amazing really. Training the fascia, subscapularis and tendons rather than large muscle groups is the purpose of this tool-thus maximizing the effectiveness of potential mass or energy. Also, this tool is the only one on the market to strengthen the actual tendons leading to the neck; there are other devices that train muscles of the neck, not necessarily the tendons. Some studies have suggested neck strength can lead to an increase in punch resistance of ~3-8percent.
Agreed, thanks
Do you have a link to any of the science behind this? I'm really sceptical about this and would love to see some real science that would prove me wrong.
@@Yurup Indeed. You kind of need a general understanding of biomechanics to be fully enlightened on the topic, because this philosophy of training is mostly Eastern European. However, here is one study of the actual science behind this type of training: www.fasciaresearch.de/publications/Schleip_TrainingPrinciplesFascial.pdf. Also a good resource is to check out their actual website: www.saadvakass.com/ligaments-and-tendons and they have a science page.
Here is another good piece of research that supports increased neck strength can lead to a prevention of concussions: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4344320/. The cool thing about this study is that it clears up prior misconceptions about the neck strength correlation, as it does indeed show neck strength can be effective even on several different planes, such as the Sagittal plane. Meaning, at all angles and directions of concussive forces to the head, the neck plays a major factor in the body or brains ability to attenuate the force.
You know so much! Congratulations! Yes, High Speed Simulator Evnik is the first simulator in the world to develop fascia so effectively! And as you know, fascia is our health, as well as hidden potential energy! By developing fascia, we learn to use our potential energy, which is hidden, in the elastic properties of the tendon-muscle system. This is very useful for shock equipment with hands, as well as to increase the efficiency of movements and save metabolic energy (!!! (((for today, only advanced people in knowledge use Evnik .., you correctly said “Indeed. You kind of need a general understanding of biomechanics to be fully enlightened on the topic »
I saw this tool in Instagram two years ago. I thought it would be a joke, but from your review and your reaction I think I was wrong and will definitely invest the tool! Thanks Carlo.
No prob man. Yeah I always approach things with skepticism until I try it myself and it works quite well if you’re consistent with it. Unlike the training mask I did a review on, this tool is quite affordable and you can feel the strain it puts on your muscle and nervous system. Hard to replicate with static weights
Sold. Thanks for all these reviews man. Really appreciate it. You got good substance and are super informative.
Appreciate it bro
*Definitely gonna buy this*
If an equipment enhances one's fast twitch muscle fibers it goes quite well to a fighter that is a counter-puncher, fighters that have quick reaction times combined with fast twitch muscle fibers.
💯
csquaredboxing I tried buying it but the link is broken and amazon doesn’t carry them anymore
man that's so awesome. I love super basic tools like this which utilize our own bodies and not some external source like free weight, and that are so effective in a very organic way. It's obvious that it works based on how hard you were laboring after just a little bit of use. Thanks for a great review, getting mine today
For sure
Just got this today, only been using it for a lil bit but so far I can really feel it working, maybe I'm doing it wrong but I'm use it daily
👍🏼
thanks for doing this review I have seen this and have been very curious about it
No prob
Great Video! Was waiting to see this to make my decision to pick one up.
Thanks!
I bought this when I saw your instagram post so now I know how to actually use it.
Cool brother, what’s your thoughts so far?
@@csquaredboxing I injured my back this week so I couldn’t really use it. I did this workout that you showed today and it seems pretty good. I always thought it was a scam especially because of the videos on it. After using it I think it can be useful and a good workout.
@@csquaredboxing Where can I get a small heavy punch bag about 30lbs?
Excellent review, thank you I will purchase!
🙏🏼🥊
Im gonna have to pick up a pair of these, thanks for the review bro👍
No prob bro
The price on those have come down, think I'll try them out. Great video
Yeah give it a try
Was looking for a review on this. Thanks.
Glad I could help
The camo outslayer bag is dope
Just got this tool and love it , great review
🙏🏼🥊
How tight should you hold the hand grip? I’m using a “kettle bell handle holding” approach where the handle “slips” in my hand so that if flicks. If that makes any sense... Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks!
Thanks for the vid brother, have a good weekend and stay safe.... ✌️
You too, thanks
Never seen these before, but looks cool. Great explanation and demo, seems simple and the efficacy lies in proper technique and intense effort, also economical on wallet and space - definitely worth a shot.
Don't think one could effectively DIY these for cheaper either... lol Maybe salvage, carve out, and tape-up some old car tire?
Thanks brother and agree on the effectiveness. I was thinking the same thing about how I could make one myself as the device seems pretty inexpensive to replicate. But by the time you figure it out you might as well just spend $22 😂. But like I said, I’m not one that likes gimmicky products, but this actually has helped with conditioning and hand speed.
Great vid man!! 👊
Thanks brother
Thanks for the review...gonna get them
Thanks 🙏🏼
A powerful trainer, tested on our own experience!
No doubt
If anyone has gotten shoulder rehab, this is similar to the body blade (which sucks the most out of all the exercises cause it’s so hard and causes quick fatigue). I think it looks like an excellent tool
Very cool to know
You should do a “what’s in my bag” video!!!
I'm also waiting for this too
Coming soon hopefully this week
great tube and great info thank u goodness be with u
Thanks
Thanks for the review. Just out of curiosity, how is this different to swinging a light dumbbell left and right?
Thanks man, the main difference is how the Evnik flips back and forth which forces your muscles to contract and relax. A static weight like a dumbbell won’t do that and activate the fast twitch muscles
The boxing team of Kazakhstan, as well as sportsmen of various martial arts in Russia, train with this simulator.
Great thing for increasing the speed and strength of your blows!
Do you have one? are you already using the simulator?
Agreed!
@@RustamSadvakassov Yes there is. A cool simulator.
@@csquaredboxing 👍
Thanks for the review Carlo, I'm skeptical but I'll pick this up. Seems to work the small muscles and tendons that are extremly hard to exericse, and if tripple G uses this then it's deffinately got to have some benefit.
Great content recently mate, been enjoying watching the channel!
Thanks brother. It’s a really good tool and quite inexpensive so it’s not a huge risk. I’ve noticed a lot of boxers/ fighters from Europe/ eastern block use different methods of training we typically don’t see here in the states. So it’s cool to incorporate different exercises
Thanks, ordered one yesterday
No prob have fun
csquaredboxing thanks, I love it already. Gives a really good workout
how many times a day should u train with tool and how long for it to improve your form ???\
Is there any advantage in having two of them or is just one equally as effective?
Not everyone has the space for battle ropes. Buying two of these can act as battle ropes
It's a good alternative for lack of space. I use them this way.
🙏🏼🥊
I NEED TO GET THIS NOW!
Go get it!
So this really works, even for ppl that are just starting boxing training or evn daily exercise?!
I was an amateur fighter back in my younger days. I can see Where this would definitely help. I spend most of my time playing pickle ball now and I just wonder if this would help with hand speed while using a pickle ball paddle?
I think it would
Very cool review and product
Thanks
Could you make a video and show how full training with it looks like? And explain every exercise? I know that there are some stages could you also explain that?
Just shipped today. Not expecting a miracle but looking for something I can do on off days. Carlo you could sell ice to Inuits
Lmao thanks man hope it works well for you
Excellent video
Thanks!
Can’t find the listing for this product. Has anyone had luck?
Nope
cheers bro, great instructional
Thank you 🙏🏼
Reminds me of those "shake weights" advertised on TV a few years ago.
Lol I remember those
Still got mine even though I barely use it now
Would you recommend the top boxer alien, ringside imf tech or the fighting sports tri-tech most?
topboxer is excellent
Alien
That was great, thanks
Thanks
Can you add a link in the description box? Its not there right now.
Apologies, its there now
someone knows what material is made this thing?
Hey Carlo, I know this is an old video and don’t really expect you to respond, but do you know if this would also work on the aqua bag? Or would the material on the bag cut?
It will be fine on the aqua bag
@@csquaredboxing thank you 🙏🏼 definitely gonna try to get an aqua bag now
Great video! Looks difficult! When you first started out, how often did you use the tool?
Thanks brother, I use it anytime I’m training, so on average 5 days a week.
Does it really work for hand speed?
Is it like shadowboxing with weights?
Planning to get one
No it’s not like shadowboxing with weights, watch the video
I always thought this tool was nothing but a scam. I dont really get how it can improves hand speed but now that tout recomand it I'll give it a try !
Thanks, I always approach things that way as well but I started following the instructions and using it every day and it really burns you out and you can feel the snap in your punches a lot more over time
does it come in a pair of 2 or just one ? in the website it ask for delivery date what to put here ?
Just one
Carlo, did you continue to train with this and if so, did you find it worthwhile? 🥊 What's you mid-long term feelings on this device? You're one of the only independent reviews of it online. Thanks!🙏
I love it, still use it to help with explosiveness and snap in my punches
8:00 are you using the simulator to slap or are you landing on your knuckles first .
He said to land with the fist and the slap at the same time. With hooks only the flap.
Coming back to this Vid, just to say thanks for the review, i just got my order in directly from Russia, Roush (oldest son in the example vids) actually replies back, today. It took a little long but well worth the wait. Finished up the colibri and fencers excersises for both hands 6 sets on myblunch break just now....holy shit...I'm sweating as much as I would on some battle ropes.
No prob
I am a bit confused as I cannot see if you hit with the knuckles or the simulator first?
On the heavy bag he says the knuckles and the flap should hit the bag at the same time. He explains it on the bag half way through. On hooks and uppercuts it appears to be just the flap, on the tool.
Hey Carlo, I'm curious if you still use it month later, and what are your thoughts about it now? Cheers , Aleks.
It works great, helps with hand speed and conditioning
I wonder if this can help players of other sports like ice hockey...I want to try this to help my stickhandling, have you tried this with NHL guys?
I haven’t
Can you order this product outside of Amazon because it is currently out of stock? I did look on the site but the shipping options were very confusing.
I’m sure you can from their website but I ordered from amazon
@@csquaredboxing There are two sites though (www.evnik.us/ and www.saadvakass.com/), are both of them the same company?
Got one awhile back just havnt found the time to use it
Get to it
You're the best boxing reviewer on CZcams thank you. Wondering: Do you still use this Evnik tool after two years? Any follow-up insights?
Thanks, I still use it maybe 1-2 times a week, usually when I’m watching tv, definitely feel more snap in my punches over the years from using it
@@csquaredboxing I'm rehabbing my body and I think this will help me build the muscle as long as I take it gradually. You do the most resourceful reviews and cover all the essentials.

For sure I’ll put a video together
What are the softest most padded gloves in your opinion ?

will it be effective if I use it for shadow boxing? Or will it only work if I do the set exercises?
You can use it for shadow boxing
@@csquaredboxing thanks, I'm definitely buying it then
The punching bag in the background any good ?
💯 my favorite heavy bag
How is this vs the pro
I wish that I could uave gloves like you high quality and longer to use but mine is very cheap and also super weak gloves I Love boxing but I Don't have money to have the gloves men...
So is there an improvement in speed because you’re using the tool or because you’re repeating those motions over and and over again? If you repeated those movements while holding a notebook you might get similar results. I’m not completely sold on the actual tool but the idea of stimulating your tendons and muscles in that manner seems reasonable. If the tool helps facilitate that so be it.
The repeated motion which causes you muscles to contract/ relax helps train your fast twitch muscle for snappier punchers if that makes sense
Bit of a random question. Would you ever have a pro fight just to have that extra experience?
Good question, at my age of 37, probably not. I have a full time job, a family, and my life planned out the way I want. Butttttt... I also like to fight. So it really boils down to if I have time, the right coaching staff, and if my motivation/ dedication/ mental state is there. I’ve only done amateur bouts so going pro is a whole different beast. I know because I have friends that are pros and know the level of dedication and toll it takes on them. So it just depends.
csquaredboxing if you said you were 21 i wouldve believed you
Is this a good tool to use for beginners too? If I’m still working on my technique being perfect, would this mess that progress up a bit by training my speed and power too quick before locking down my mechanics? Great video man!
Yes definitely
if you are a beginner, you get two in one! The point is that boxers first train the technique "as a kind of movement template." And then, boxers are often forced to change their technique again in order to learn how to strike quickly. A quick hit is a special technique, let's call it "perfect / correct"! with Evnik, our students learn at once a professional technique. The classic approach to training does not teach you to strike quickly and "briskly" / accented punches, what Evnik teaches ((Rustam Saadvakass
I know around 200 world champions who would disagree. They never used this piece of rubber and somehow managed to be lightning fast...with power. Dont make ridiculous statements.. it does nothing for your sales pitch.

@@02phenom look at Carlo training, it is very hard for him, his muscles are under heavy strain! the speed he develops does not allow him to extract all the potential from the Evnik. over time, his muscles will get stronger and he will be able to move faster and more powerful !! After that, Carlo will be able to start training with a black model (( Evnik High Speed Simulator Black Dragon
Saadvakass Family can I change my order?
My issue with it is how it trains you to punch. I.e you can't use it with proper striking form. If you watch the demos from the company when they jab their wrist is always facing forward.
the simulator has two positions when practicing strikes
"strela"-trains speed, biting and a sense of emphasis
"delfin"-trains punch power, powerful accent, fist twist, the ability to put weight into a punch. In this position, fist twisting is very good. This is what you worry about.
According to the instructions, you need to work in two positions.
The most important thing that the simulator gives is the feeling of a high-speed, accentuated blow at the muscle level. This is something that is taught for months and years, and not always successfully.
we teach lessons to distinguished boxing trainers and academies. keep this in mind when you say the technique is not correct. When you do push-ups, it breaks the "quick hit" technique the most, but boxers still do it. When you throw heavy cobblestones (a favorite exercise for boxers, we practice it in the national boxing team), the stone lies in your palm, and during the throw, the hand moves with an extended palm, while the body also changes its position into the wrong technique. But, it never occurs to anyone to say that it breaks the technique .. For the reason that there are "lead-in" and special exercises. With Evnik you have the perfect technique! You just need to understand Evnik. This is not for the common mind. Evnik is not for everyone. For example, Evnik doesn't like to use slow boxers.
You look at a 7 ounce weight trainer and think it is very easy. But, you do not take into account the laws of physics. Mass + speed = kinetic energy. High Speed Simulator Evnik creates a dynamic load! This means the higher the speed, the greater the load on the muscles. The author of the video, Carlo performs the exercises, and we all see how hard it is for him. The fact is that according to the speed of movement "High Speed Simulator Evnik"(we watch the video) , we can determine the load level, which for Carlo, is 53-70 ounces! This is hard work.
At the moment, we teach lessons in the national boxing team, where athletes train longer. Due to the accumulated motion technique, they accelerate the simulator stronger and get a load of 88-123 ounces !!
Imagine how 7 ounces, in your hand, turn into 123 ounces in a split second ... Your muscles experience a load of “plyometrics” of character, and of a “sudden” nature - your muscles are “shocked”, THE NERVOUS SYSTEM MAXIMALLY EXCITED, the reflexes are triggered, the process is switched on "Ancient" adaptation mechanisms !!!
This is not the same as using dumbbells weighing 53-70 ounces. Your muscles are tense in order to maintain the weight of the dumbbell, your hands move slowly, overcoming muscle tone, your shoulders are constrained. You are also afraid of damaging your joints when doing a “shadow fight”.
7 ounces in hand change the situation, in the opposite direction! 7 ounces cannot harm your joints, and muscles and tendons get a dynamic load of 88-123 ounces! You think this is the limit of High Speed Simulator Evnik! ?? No, for those who train constantly, the average working load range is 123-176 ounces !!!! In Russia, scientists call Evnik - "Battery of Mechanical Energy"
Great info thanks so much team!
