    This is how GGG trains. The science behind it is amazing really. Training the fascia, subscapularis and tendons rather than large muscle groups is the purpose of this tool-thus maximizing the effectiveness of potential mass or energy. Also, this tool is the only one on the market to strengthen the actual tendons leading to the neck; there are other devices that train muscles of the neck, not necessarily the tendons. Some studies have suggested neck strength can lead to an increase in punch resistance of ~3-8percent.

      Do you have a link to any of the science behind this? I'm really sceptical about this and would love to see some real science that would prove me wrong.

    • @calebtoman
      @calebtoman Před 4 lety +9

      @@Yurup Indeed. You kind of need a general understanding of biomechanics to be fully enlightened on the topic, because this philosophy of training is mostly Eastern European. However, here is one study of the actual science behind this type of training: www.fasciaresearch.de/publications/Schleip_TrainingPrinciplesFascial.pdf. Also a good resource is to check out their actual website: www.saadvakass.com/ligaments-and-tendons and they have a science page.

    • @calebtoman
      @calebtoman Před 4 lety +3

      Here is another good piece of research that supports increased neck strength can lead to a prevention of concussions: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4344320/. The cool thing about this study is that it clears up prior misconceptions about the neck strength correlation, as it does indeed show neck strength can be effective even on several different planes, such as the Sagittal plane. Meaning, at all angles and directions of concussive forces to the head, the neck plays a major factor in the body or brains ability to attenuate the force.

      You know so much! Congratulations! Yes, High Speed Simulator Evnik is the first simulator in the world to develop fascia so effectively! And as you know, fascia is our health, as well as hidden potential energy! By developing fascia, we learn to use our potential energy, which is hidden, in the elastic properties of the tendon-muscle system. This is very useful for shock equipment with hands, as well as to increase the efficiency of movements and save metabolic energy (!!! If you repeated those movements while holding a notebook you might get similar results. I’m not completely sold on the actual tool but the idea of stimulating your tendons and muscles in that manner seems reasonable. If the tool helps facilitate that so be it.

      Good question, at my age of 37, probably not. I have a full time job, a family, and my life planned out the way I want. Butttttt... I also like to fight. So it really boils down to if I have time, the right coaching staff, and if my motivation/ dedication/ mental state is there. I’ve only done amateur bouts so going pro is a whole different beast. I know because I have friends that are pros and know the level of dedication and toll it takes on them. So it just depends.

And then, boxers are often forced to change their technique again in order to learn how to strike quickly. A quick hit is a special technique, let's call it "perfect / correct"! with Evnik, our students learn at once a professional technique. @@02phenom look at Carlo training, it is very hard for him, his muscles are under heavy strain! the speed he develops does not allow him to extract all the potential from the Evnik. over time, his muscles will get stronger and he will be able to move faster and more powerful !! After that, Carlo will be able to start training with a black model (( Evnik High Speed Simulator Black Dragon

    My issue with it is how it trains you to punch. I.e you can't use it with proper striking form. If you watch the demos from the company when they jab their wrist is always facing forward.

    • @AlexAlex-ho7of
      @AlexAlex-ho7of Před 3 lety +1

      the simulator has two positions when practicing strikes
      "strela"-trains speed, biting and a sense of emphasis
      "delfin"-trains punch power, powerful accent, fist twist, the ability to put weight into a punch. In this position, fist twisting is very good. This is what you worry about.
      According to the instructions, you need to work in two positions.
      The most important thing that the simulator gives is the feeling of a high-speed, accentuated blow at the muscle level. This is something that is taught for months and years, and not always successfully.

      we teach lessons to distinguished boxing trainers and academies. keep this in mind when you say the technique is not correct. When you do push-ups, it breaks the "quick hit" technique the most, but boxers still do it. When you throw heavy cobblestones (a favorite exercise for boxers, we practice it in the national boxing team), the stone lies in your palm, and during the throw, the hand moves with an extended palm, while the body also changes its position into the wrong technique. But, it never occurs to anyone to say that it breaks the technique .. For the reason that there are "lead-in" and special exercises. With Evnik you have the perfect technique! You just need to understand Evnik. This is not for the common mind. Evnik is not for everyone. For example, Evnik doesn't like to use slow boxers.

  • @RustamSadvakassov
    @RustamSadvakassov Před 4 lety +10

    You look at a 7 ounce weight trainer and think it is very easy. But, you do not take into account the laws of physics. Mass + speed = kinetic energy. High Speed Simulator Evnik creates a dynamic load! This means the higher the speed, the greater the load on the muscles. The author of the video, Carlo performs the exercises, and we all see how hard it is for him. The fact is that according to the speed of movement "High Speed Simulator Evnik"(we watch the video) , we can determine the load level, which for Carlo, is 53-70 ounces! This is hard work.
    At the moment, we teach lessons in the national boxing team, where athletes train longer. Due to the accumulated motion technique, they accelerate the simulator stronger and get a load of 88-123 ounces !!
    Imagine how 7 ounces, in your hand, turn into 123 ounces in a split second ... Your muscles experience a load of “plyometrics” of character, and of a “sudden” nature - your muscles are “shocked”, THE NERVOUS SYSTEM MAXIMALLY EXCITED, the reflexes are triggered, the process is switched on "Ancient" adaptation mechanisms !!!
    This is not the same as using dumbbells weighing 53-70 ounces. Your muscles are tense in order to maintain the weight of the dumbbell, your hands move slowly, overcoming muscle tone, your shoulders are constrained. You are also afraid of damaging your joints when doing a “shadow fight”.
    7 ounces in hand change the situation, in the opposite direction! 7 ounces cannot harm your joints, and muscles and tendons get a dynamic load of 88-123 ounces! You think this is the limit of High Speed Simulator Evnik! ?? No, for those who train constantly, the average working load range is 123-176 ounces !!!! In Russia, scientists call Evnik - "Battery of Mechanical Energy"
