Turkey is huge. Oblivious to that in Ohio. Comforting to hear and see that weather is weather everywhere. Loved the white caps on the waves breaking near shore. And such friendly people. My favorite part was the discussion of if an addiction is a possibility but difficult to obtain it is more stressful than if the addiction were absolutely absent. I agree and this analysis can be applied to many other circumstances we come across. Thanks again for taking me away and giving me something to think about. ❤ joy

Yea I realised how big it was myself a few days ago when I had to plan my route and the days I have left 😅🤣 I'm glad you enjoyed the spin! 🥰

That video was well timed! I managed to detach myself from my Work computer and immerse myself for a bit. Now it’s back to it 🤓 ride safe ✊🏻

Wow, what an adventure! I'm getting this sense from watching your videos on a regular basis that people have much more in common than they have differences, wherever they're from. It's in forgetting this little fact that all sorts of problems arise.
When you spoke of not wanting to go into a (black) mist, I remembered learning of how the King's Own regiment walked into a mist during the Battle of Gallipoli and were never seen again. Maybe, mists in Turkiye are to be avoided. :D
I am now walking on both legs again without any devices like crutches. My knee is still a wee bit painful but, I am healing.
    Safe travels, Ferdia! Safe travels.

Delighted to hear you're up on both pins again James, glad the recovery period is nearing it's end, I guess you're a professional sax player now? 😝

@@unOrdinaryWorld Me? A professional sax player? While I have tamed the beast known as the soprano sax, I will just say that I am better at playing it than I used to be and am, hopefully, moving in a positive direction.

Great video! I've spent a lot of time taking my 1150GS round Europe and Asia. The thing you said about "I'll just keep riding and not ignore advice from locals" made me smile. Been in that situation and did same thing as you.

Thanks! Yea I figured it's best not to take chances when it's not necessary, and it was for the best too because I found a lovely campsite that night with company which wouldn't have happened had those guys not come along on their scooters. All ended well!

Türkiye has so much more going on than I ever realized. The storm clouds gorgeous! Love your compositions. Those amazing pine trees that look, as you say,, like they belong on the savannah. Ty for interesting cultural info and a beautiful video.
