Hello everyone here is newb series its call #fitweekwithsomi , this 24 week series will make sure that you achieve your weight loss goals ! this is week 1 , episode 1 of this series where in we target lower body that is thighs , hips (butt ), calves ! its perfect hips & thigh size workout to be followed for next 7 days to get the best results !

Di if i will follow this deit naturally i will loose weight without any workout also.. But you always guide to follow normal routine which is convenient.. This is fancy diet plan.. We usually eat chapati in breakfast and dinner.

What is the rite time for these workout. If it is in morning then it should be in empty stomach or after morning drink. After workout how long gap between the workout and intake.

I found that your speed is very fast. I think you should slow it down a bit so that we can get the exercise and do it. Also you should add details of how many times we are doing a particular excercise not just time.
