Where is the peri peri? I mean - there is sriracha and bbq sauce? This is pretty bad I have got to say. Call it what you want as long as the name is not yet “taken” by a recipe with a completely different character!
Oh - and using the sauce to brush from the time when the chicken is still rather raw until the end is a recipe for disaster (food safety). Don’t take brush it with the same contaminated sauce - _after_ you eventually taken it out of the oven!
