hot oil is done on dry hair which does nothing for my hair. the oil rinse method which is done on damp hair is much more beneficial on my hair. i feel the moisture better in my hair
I add my oils to my deep conditioner and let me say, my hair feels extremely moist! In fact, it remains feeling very moist until my next wash day. Albeit, I seal and moisturize my hair during the week only when my hair "asks" for it.

I also add oils to my conditioners; I did an hot oil treatment like she suggested and let me tell you I had so much better results, my hair was so much softer and shine like i never seen before on my hair đ˛
