  • Hey my Lovelies,
    So I wanted to see if hot oil treatments are an absolute must for those of us on our hair journey. Many persons do not seem to be talking about these type of treatments anymore, neither are persons incorporating them as part of their regimen. So I did a before and after comparison and I decided to share the results with you. I hope you enjoy!
    In this video, I decided to share my preferred oils for this type of treatment and also, the benefits of these oils. You will see how I apply the oils to my hair and my immediate feedback after the treatment.

    After 4 weeks post hot oil treatments assist in keeping NG soft in between washes. Extremely beneficial if you are stretching. it reduces breakage. I use amla oil though.

    I will perform hot oil treatments; before deep conditioning, 2 days after a fresh relaxer, and twice a month for maintenance. Once my hair is dry I use jojoba oil ad a finishing oil. The shine is incredible!

      Hey! That is also a really good alternative. I tend to that more than I do pre poos.

    Do you Shampoo first the hot oil treatment and deep condition? So it like your Shampooing twice?

    • @DenaJ
      @DenaJ  Před 2 lety +2

      Yes, that's correct. However, most times I'll revert to applying the hot oil treatment first as a pre treatment.

    Hello pls how long do you have to wait after relaxing to do hot oil treatment

    • @DenaJ
      @DenaJ  Před rokem

      There's no exact time frame. I would do hot oils based on how my hair feels. The level of dryness is a good indicator 🤗
