I don’t know if you will ever get this but thank you for being such an inspiration. I have a 5year old and a 3 year old and I started a national body care company for them 5 years age. I shortly gave up because I wasn’t seeing the sales I wanted to see. I have since reformulated my product and put myself back out there. I am just starting, my company is called grandmas healing hands. My point is thank you for not letting peoples opinions change you or your vision for your business

I’m not sure if anyone else mentioned this, but I really appreciate the versatility you give people so they don’t feel like they have to go out and buy a bunch of things they already have at home. Really appreciate that

Oiling your scalp is a noooo for S.D. Had it for years since childhood; S.D. is an internal issue that manifest externally in the scalp (excessive yeast in the body), and oiling may actually make sebhorreic dermatitis worse. Inflammation causes S.D. and too much yeast (from too much sugar) causes inflammation. It'll just come back if it's not treated inside out. The ACV tip she gave is actually better because its antimicrobial and antibacterial which the scalp will need.

Yes, you are correct, I know but unfortunately I get very frustrated & bored bc wigs, weaves, braids are a huge no for me too. Right now, afro styles are my go-tos.
Im not very consistent w/my diet🤦🏾‍♀️ so flare-ups occur. I notice less flares when I eat more salads, fruits & drink mostly water.

@@LisePlansandJournalsI've gone to the dermatologist, the shampoos and whatever lotion never really worked. I'm now going to try diet and I've heard hot oil treatments work. I've heard a few testimonials of this working though. What was the Acv tip?

Did a hot oil treatment on the 1st, my hair is relaxed, but because I don't use any heat on my hair, it looks natural wavy......it turned out great!!!!

Omg girl same! I was lost thinking my relaxed hair looked good because I was going to a stylist. I was late hoping back on natural hair and I did my big chop in 2020. Three years later and im already back to my length that I stayed at for years when I was relaxed. My hair is so much thicker. Im excited to see the lengths I can go. Literally and figuratively 😂. Hope you have a happy and successful journey. Taking care of your hair doesn’t have to be a chore.

@@Spokentruths725 awww that’s amazing and congratulations! Yes I had a lot of trauma around my hair with people saying it was too hard etc. but I vow to take care of my hair to not depend on anyone for my hair anymore!

Great video! Thanks for all the tips. Just a suggestion if you have a glass bottle or small bowl to put in the hot water that would be better just because plastic does melt and toxins are real. Have a great day!
