I don’t think Natalie and Nick are grasping just HOW much Clayton has gone through. He doesn’t need to explain what he would do differently - he was being harassed, black mailed by a mentally insane women who needs help but most importantly, needs to be held accountable.

UPDATE: Since the recording of this video, the woman is now saying that she is “no longer pregnant” and is trying to drop the ongoing civil lawsuit- despite testifying under oath that she was at least 6 months pregnant. She should have to provide a death certificate of the fetuses or have documentation of an abortion. She cannot get away with this!! Thanks Nick for highlighting this scary situation and potentially protecting future victims from her. I hope Clayton files a defamation lawsuit against her.
As horrible as this story of dangerous obsession is, it would make it for a great movie.

What makes you think that you are entitled to death certificates if she lost the babies? It is her body and her right to choose what to do, and you are not entitled to her medical records that discloses her choice! Clayton is especially not privy to that information after he wanted nothing to do with the babies.

Clayton, you have to sue her in civil court. The justice system will never EVER punish her without you filing the suit. It's unfair but it's the only way to get justice.

Even IF he did win, it would be years down the line and tens of thousands in lawyer fees only for him to POSSIBLY be paid for the damages. Like they HYPED gypsy up to the public. Made it very clear, they understood her and vouched for her character. They used clayton for an episode when they inherently don't like him over the Susie of it all and it SHOWS. They merely listened... any feedback was DRY and never confirming they agreed with him when he had nothing but literal FACTS. I loved the story but nick and Natalie's vibe sucks so bad on this one.

As someone who has suffered 8 miscarriages and no longer has the option of getting pregnant after having to have a hysterectomy, this makes me sick to my stomach. To just lie so flippantly about something so serious is beyond disgusting and disturbing.
Clayton seems to have really grown through this process and I’m sure it’s made him a stronger, more resilient person. I’m so sorry he has had to go through this and I hope he knows he is believed and supported.
In regards to the girl (can’t call her a woman) I hope that she gets the help she so clearly needs and doesn’t do this to anyone ever again. Surely if she can lie about this, she can lie about anything. How can anyone in her life ever trust a word she says. I hope karma doesn’t catch up with her because I wouldn’t wish losing a baby on my worst enemy!
This will probably get removed but did anyone else notice this? At 2:07:09 you can see the awkward cut for just a moment where he mentions “all the people in my corner” and then it cuts to a different angle where he elaborates on how they trusted and believed in him, but I’m guessing that’s where he specifically mentioned D4VE. Just a theory!

He’s obviously a genuinely nice person and it’s an unfortunate law of the universe that honest and kind people get targeted by sociopathic types. As someone who really had no idea about this story, and no prior knowledge of Clayton at all, I’m confused on why they called it a “he said, she said” when it seems pretty clear she’s lying? With all the evidence he’s provided and the actions he has taken against he legally, where is there any room for her version to be true? Seems like a strange way to preface this story, and I was expecting not to believe him.

In my opinion, it’s to get the girl on their show. Nick invited her in the beginning of the video. I’m guessing they want to appear semi-neutral, that way maybe she’ll feel comfortable enough to come on to their show. Then they’ll be the first podcast to have both Clayton and the girl speak their sides…which would drastically increase their viewership.
Maybe I’m overthinking it, but Nick just seems to be playing it very safe throughout this entire video.
Thanks for finally being brave enough to elevate this story, but intentionally editing out the podcaster's name (the one who truly supported Clayton) is pretty gross. Especially because he credits you in literally everything you've created or are involved in.

I'm not a big watcher of the Bachelor, but heard about this case online. It's probably one of the craziest stories I've heard in a long time and I wish there were even more eyes on it. This woman needs to be held truly accountable for her actions

This has to be the most wild situation to ever be connected to this franchise. Props to Clayton for telling his side of the story and being open about his experience with this. I hope justice is served on this matter and that the parties involved get the help they need.
I’m surprised he didn’t show the email that contained one of the many versions of the “relationship contract” she literally drew up with all the terms/stipulations he had to agree to dating. That was crazy! And needs to be shown to a wider audience!

I was on the Depp vs Heard subreddit and someone posted about this case there, I went to their own subreddit JusticeForClayton and I was HORRIFIED with everything I learned. What's with these women thinking they are Amy Dunne? And why does the legal system not punish them for their lies? Losing the case is not enough, when there's so much evidence that they lying they should get an extra punishment.
My heart hurts for what he's been through. I hope he gets what he needs to get out of this to move on with his life. He's a good human ❤

I would have hit the 'Like' button for this video if Nick or Clayton had made it crystal clear that there were some podcasters out there (2 in particular) who bravely talked about this entire story from September, so the public could be aware of what was going on with Clayton. Without those 2 podcasters (DN and RS), Jane Doe may have gotten away with it.

DN helped raise money and both DN and RS raised awareness to this particular story. However, if she wasn’t ever pregnant, there was no end game for Owens, DN/RS or not.
They did well to cover the story but they aren’t the story. That said, if Clayton chose to mention DN, that shouldn’t have been stifled by Nick either.
@@TheJdubtrey GG is still fighting her, despite the “pregnancy” ending over 2 years ago. She can sue for harassment, emotional distress, etc. Clayton still needs to get her to admit in court that she was never pregnant, otherwise he may be fighting her for awhile.

This interview should have been posted 3 weeks ago when it was done and there should have been a clip giving the updates that she is no longer pregnant at the end.
I don’t think he should have been asked to apologize for anything or have any regrets. When someone is going through an ordeal like this, his reactions were totally valid. It still irritates me that you had guests such as Gabby Windey saying she would have handled it differently. No one can say that until you’re in their shoes being the one harassed, sued and taken to court.
In the intro, Nick is covering his ass, rightfully so, because this crazy woman is threatening and harassing anyone who covers the story with lawsuits. Nick will have Gabby next week to cover reality recap. Gabby was very dismissive, judgmental and lacked empathy when Nick mentioned it to her last time she was on the podcast.
This "mystery" woman needs to be called out by name and exposed for what she really is - predatory, manipulative misandrist and extortionist. She targets men and she targeted Clayton specifically. This is the third time she has done that. Now she claims she is no longer pregnant and through her lawyer tries to manipulate Clayton to push this whole thing under the rug so she gets away with it.
Women who make false accusations, harass and extort men should face serious consequences for their actions and words. We need mandatory DNA test for every claimed pregnancy. No one should be allowed to get away with manipulating the justice system in order to harass, extort and bully others like that.

I’m curious about the research that went into this episode given that it was boiled down to a “he said she said” but there have been hundreds of documents that came out about this and it feels like when CNN gives two sides equal weight when they really aren't equal at all.
Also the way this story was talked about in the past then completely ignored until now is odd.
There has been a lot of research done, but most podcasters have not covered it because they don't want to get sued by that woman. She's very litigious and has made crazy threats.
