Can I ask what you're forgiven for in the sacral 2nd chakra Sarah?
This probably sounds weird but I just started meditating and sometimes I get scared when I keep my eyes closed for long periods of time. Not all the time but sometimes it feels creepy only way I can describe it. Also get flashes of stuff, I don't know maybe just me tripping myself out
