Fruit Tanghulu 🍓🍊|

Matthew has been asking me to make fruit tanghulu 🍓🍊so I recorded our very first try.
For the love of him, I made this! It is not for me as I don’t eat sugar. I am glad I tried it though. It is yummy but it is too sweet for me.
I did not manage to get a video of the apple tanghulu. Matthew tried it but it tastes bitter because the sugar that we used to coat it has caramelised. The technique to coating your fruits is do it all at once. When the sugar is not brown, tanghulu tastes better fo us.
