Can you do like a regular what you eat on a not film day also can you talk about it you feel effects if diffrent foods eating them only for a full day?? Cause that’s a lot of cake in one day and I’m sure you felt some kind of effect from it - but overall love your videos ❤

the way you describe food and just seem to appreciate it so much has helped me come a long way with my eating disorder and i just wanted to say thank you for that! im not to the point of recovery yet but you have really helped my relationship with food and helped me realize that its just something to fuel our bodies and that its a good thing rather than a negative 🥰
