  • Lies and myths about masturbation Volume 2! In this video from UroChannel, board-certified urologist and sexologist Dr. med. Dr. phil. Stefan Buntrock addresses common myths and concerns about masturbation. With his expertise from the Charité University Hospital, where sexual science was pioneered, Dr. Buntrock brings academic rigor to debunking misconceptions surrounding this topic.
The video begins with a surprising revelation about the ongoing relevance of masturbation in the 21st century, despite the ubiquity of sex and pornography. Dr. Buntrock humorously notes the contrasting content suggested by Instagram's algorithm to him, including nearly nude women and squirrels, to highlight the prevalence of sexual imagery in media.
Dr. Buntrock passionately counters outdated and harmful beliefs, urging viewers to discard any guilt or misinformation instilled by conservative or religious teachings. He emphasizes the importance of relying on professional, unbiased sexual medical knowledge, separate from personal experiences or preferences.
The video tackles several masturbation myths with factual clarity. First, it addresses the fallacy that masturbation alters penile size, using Pinocchio's growing nose as a metaphor for lies. Next, Dr. Buntrock refutes the idea that masturbation leads to impotence, explaining instead that regular sexual activity is beneficial for erectile health. He also dismisses the notion that masturbation affects vision or drains energy, except in the extremely rare case of post-orgasmic illness syndrome (POIS).
Dr. Buntrock then responds to viewer questions about specific masturbation techniques. He discusses prone masturbation and the 'death grip' method, explaining how these can potentially cause sexual issues with a partner due to their unique nature. He also covers the risks of traumatic practices, like the Persian technique of taghaandan or inserting objects into the urethra, warning against actions that can harm the penis.
Concluding with a strong endorsement of masturbation as a healthy sexual activity for both men and women, Dr. Buntrock reminds viewers of the importance of treating their bodies with care. He also promotes UroChannel's "Above Average Membership," inviting viewers to join the "6-inch club."

    1. Do most people masturbate to porn?
    2. Any studies that shows that porn consumption can induce erectile dysfunction?
    3. Can “addictive” masturbation not lead to problems with arousal, erection and orgasms?

Does eating red beet root tubers actually help men to achieve a stronger ejaculation? If so, why is this? ...Also, are there any other foods or natural supplements that can enhance male sexual health? Thank you.

My dad was open about this matter. Even, he told me that it was ok and I didn't have to rush it. (until my active sexual life I understood why)
This shouldn't be taught as a sin, but well....
    Good content as usual.
