The penis is not made of iron and some precautions should be taken before sex and masturbation. Urology clinics are overflowing wit cases of penile injuries. Wear a condom, avoid certain positions (e.g. woman on a top) and don't use constriction rings for too long.
I would avoid solid constriction rings, like the metal ones. It is cheaper, simpler and safer to tie some wide elastic bands around the penis, or the penis and scrotum. That allows for an adjustable tightness, and easy and safe removal.

Hello Arpit AP, I think you should visit your local urologist to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. Self-diagnosis and treatment is not the best thing to do, especially as Chordee and Peyronie's disease are two different conditions. If indicated, the proper treatment for Chordee would be surgery. But without symptoms and mild curvature only, it is not certain that anything will have to be done.
Yeah, urology is very important and helpful, but, in general, men are very timid to seek help or to talk about their problems.
