Full Body Warm Up Routine | Follow-Along

- Here's a full-body warm-up you can do at home with no equipment!
My warm-up is simple and is broken down into 3 stages:
1.) Gentle movements across the entire body.
2.) 2 sets of an easier variation of the workout exercise.
3.) Short, intense holds of a harder variation of the workout exercise.That's it!
Stages 2 and 3 depend on the individual and their exercise, but the exercises in Stage 1 are:
Quick Grips - 10 Seconds
Wrist Circles - 9 In/Out
Elbow "Circles" - 9 In/Out
Forward Shrugs - 9 Repetitions
Backward Shrugs - 9 Repetitions
Neck Twists - 3 Repetitions Per Side, Alternating
Torso Twists - 3 Repetitions Per Side, Alternating
Hula Rotations - 9 Clockwise/Counterclockwise
Leg Rotations - 9 In/Out Left & Right
High Knees - 5 Seconds
Gentle Bounces - 10 Seconds (Be free!)

I LOVE that you didn't add obnoxious music in the background. I typically do Fitness Blender videos, and it's largely because I can add my own music to the background without it clashing with theirs, because most workout videos have really loud background music.
Also, it's difficult to find workout videos made for people who aren't already in shape or skinny, that take into account low impact variations that people with injuries/limitations might need, so I really appreciate this content!
Modifying.exercises whenever needed is helpful because it allows the person to exercise according to their own present ability. Regardless of whether that level is:
" Beginner -Starting
" Intermediate - Middle
" Advanced - Very Experienced

I love this channel, and I love this guy. Seems experienced but extremely humble, and while being informative you still just get good vibes here that feel kind and positive while keeping a professional and direct pace. I'm really a huge fan of this, keep it up :) and the warm up is great, it works well but is easy to alert depending on fitness level/ necessity if the individual

You nailed it. You don't feel that you need to warm up because your are still very young. I felt this way my whole life, and now just 35, I don't consider myself old but I do need to pay attention to warming up now.

I love black coffee also! When I was a boy I hunted on an old mans property as a guest in his home. Well not having much success on my hunts I think he thought I was just falling asleep on morning hunts and the Deer where just walking past xD So he started telling me (read in a kind old guy voice) “ now son, if you don’t have coffee, you won’t kill a big buck!”
So out in the morning I’d go with black coffee with a little Splenda! For awhile I couldn’t stand the taste so it would pretty much just be sat between my legs for the heat! 😂

Warming up is very important before you work out!! Sometimes happens to me that I starting my exercise without warming! And it can be really bad !

Thank you for making these videos. I've had problems with exercise in the past because I'll start on something that's too difficult for me not knowing that there's an easier place to start. Your videos have been at the right pace for me and I feel like I can always modify exercises if I need to. I don't need to "keep up with you." Thank you for making your content. It makes working out/exercising way less daunting and way more enjoyable
When I was a kid growing up I watched Jack LaLanne on TV. Now 50 years later we have Hampton on CZcams. How times have changed.
You're right about some people's warm ups are other people's workouts. I think some CZcams influencers forget what it was like for them when they first started out.
