He is on TRT? So his protocol and advice didnt work for him clearly. Many of those who talk about T are on TRT and then talking about how to naturally increase testosterone. He talks about his TRT protocol on a podcast with dereck from no plates. Who is a young guy also on TRT.
Imo if you talk about natural testosterone then at least be natural?

Failure is optimal for muscle growth, not optimal for testosterone.
@@neckisgo Yeah I noticed I’ve been pretty lethargic so I got tested and my testosterone was in the tank. Kind of blew my mind. What’s the trick other than getting on trt?
@@Up-hill-Battle The trick is diet. A bunch of raw vegetables like carrots and onions, some fruit and meat, preferably fish, as it has high concentrations of omega-3 fatty acids, which is directly linked to testosterone production and overall health.
Sleep also helps massively but that’s not always in our control.

I agree, but also really do feel the light in the morning thing. Like it’s all good but trying to do everything we hear we should be doing definitely leads to obsessive living without enjoying a moment of it
agreed, but these are things that are fairly easy to incorporate into your life (without much thought) and will help you live in the moment due to better (mental) health and thus quality of life
why not train to failure?
