VIDEO LOOKS GREAT BROTHER!
I hope you guys travel safely and again thank you for trusting in me for your friends, in the dealership for your tuning and your parts!

Beautiful bike. Seat is awesome too. Awesome ya have the 475 too. Awesome Thrashin T bars. Bike is awesome and it runs as good as it looks !!
Good to see a bike with similar paint sceme with my street glide.. good video Homie..
Good numbers bro!
Nice power curve
Enjoy that beautiful bike
I absolutely love that bike. The paint scheme on that bike is beautiful.. considering he used a 475 cam he got some good numbers. Sounds awesome
That 475 makes it easy to live with on the daily.
Have you rode a .585? Currently have the .475 and wondering what the downside would be as far as rideability with the .585
No redline smart smart man!!!! Thank you for doing it right!
Jim is a good dude, He has done some work on a few of my bikes
Sweet bike and great numbers
Great numbers for an RV cam!
Great numbers. Numbers you can have a lot of fun with, without risking in terms of engine reliability.
Not bad for reusing the 475 cam and stock heads. She’s definitely got more potential though!
Good vid!
Beautiful Apex Bike!!!!!
Thanks for the shout out. Did I do that bikes gauges in orange? I got a really good orange.
I just had my bike on a lift at Ray C''s Sat, swapping out my gear set. After I get that taken care of, I'll be getting some dyno time myself.
Yes you did! You just did them lol (Fuel Tech Guru) and that's sweet! The season will be here before we know it!
That 132” should have the 550c cam set up.
Nope. It should have the Star Racing 3/4 cam
how many miles have you had on the 132 yet? Wondering how reliable this big bore set is due to thin skinny walls..
Nice looking Bike!
Strength. Upgrades over the stock OE parts which in fairness to the motor company, are not designed for signifcantly elevated power levels (although how one rides, uses the bike factors in, big time).
Well, I pulled the trigger and ordered the S&S 132 Cylinder/Piston Kit, along with the S&S 550 Cam and S&S Springs for this cam (yeah, I know, could have went bigger on the cam...re: Star Racing 3/4 cam (585 lift), Star Racing full race cam (615 lift, 3000-7000 rpm power band), but for a daily Road Glide ST, I'm content [for now] with the S&S 550 cam. I too also have a S&S 475 cam and a Ward ported S&S 55mm intake manifold (probably will reuse these on my 117 Breakout instead of my Road Glide).
As my build plan does includes purchasing a flywheel from S&S (full width, bushed rods, more than twice the strength of the OE flywheel, etc., etc.; possible have Darkhorse blueprint the case too), I'm considering getting a stroker flywheel (4.625" instead of 4.500") and have already contacted Carillo about special custom pistons with special support for the oil ring when at BDC. Researching eliminating the sprocket side shaft OE roller bearing and going to a tapered bearing (aka: Timken Bearing conversion) to minimize side thrust loads. This will yield 136 cu.in. Presently thinking about the new HD-SE 68mm Intake manifold/68mm TB from the HD-SE 135 engine (135 crate Heads too?). Not exactly a "bang for the buck" plan, although I can anticipate north of 150hp and 160 torque at the wheel, with reliability and dependability. Evolution Industries Clutch, chain conversion (gear ratio change?), etc. Tuning and incorporating 18mm wide band O2 sensors, goes without saying.
Great to see Australia business thriving in motorsport
Very nice
If you went with the Star Racing 3/4 .585 Cam, your numbers would be in the 150's guaranteed. It's a very nice bike, bro. I will post my numbers on my Low Rider ST 131ci next month. I'm replacing the SE springs for Star Racing springs because the steel is 2nd to none and matches Star Racing Cam 3/4 .585 with those springs. I also have the Trask clutch basket paired with the Barnett scorpion clutch and a Manawar compensator. it's going to be a monster like your bike.
My numbers are 162t-154HP
I wonder what the sound difference would be between the .475 and .585. I have a .475 107ci with exhaust tune and air cleaner and debating going to the 132
Great videos, keep them coming bro 👍🏼, I went to Jim and got my gauges done, thanks
Got that big kit and a small cam I have the same kit with heads and 592 cam and it runs hard
Cool 😎
Time to think about the chain drive
I’m running a S&S 124 with a492 cam and stock heads 137hp 148tq i’d like to put about 25 more horsepower in it and a little more torque but the bikes, an animal as it is, and when I get bored with the performance of it, I’ll pick up a set of heads in the new intake, and cam doing some research now I hate too many decisions
Lean is no doubt mean but not good overall but for numbers… it was a little lean until then 4000rpm then camera came off dyno screen… with air filter off results was what should be expected.
That’s a beautiful bike.
And that’s for taking the time to record and share.
He’s cheating himself with that cam. Spent all that money on the kit and kept that cam?
My 107 to 124 build yields 139/143
Andrews 551 cam, 5.5 injectors,
JET (Johnson Engine Technology) heads, JET TB and DD Bilett Cat 2into1.
CP Carillo pistons and Technoresearch Direct Link tuner.
Not a dig, but was expecting better numbers out of this video.
I’ve watched this video like 10 times and I think I want to do this to mine.
How do you thinking this bike would run with SE ported heads and a ported manifold with 64mm TB with the 475c? I know a 540 or 590 would be ideal but would a 475 be so bad?
I'm having all this done right now to mine but with the s&s 550 cam
You would gain about 5 more HP and TQ doing this with the 475 cam, and about 10-15 more HP and TQ if you went with a bigger cam like the 550.
How could the results be right without a air breather on it? The air breather got too restrict its air flow somewhat.
Any Changes on the heads and the Intake Manifold?
Stock Heads - Aluminum S&S Manifold.
Im looking at this kit as well. My question is, if im traveling long distance, but im not cranking on the throtle, will my gas mileage still be really bad? Like if Im gettin 450 km on a full tank with my 117, what would I get roughly with the 132?
depends on lots of things like the cam your gonna run what size injectors
once you go bigger you will twist the throttle more.
Fuel mileage will be determined by which injectors you run, and how hard you run the bike. If you are not running the bike over 3-4K RPMs you should get the same fuel mileage as you were before. Since the fuel injectors will flow more fuel, you can expect a slight change in fuel mileage.
Although I do motor work on my own bikes, I’m definitely not as knowledgeable as these gentleman that built this bike, but I know my 107ci from a stock cam to a 475 cam and tune with stock injectors, I get noticeably worse mileage (I obviously don’t ride a Harley for the gas mileage lol, but changes things a little on the multi day long rides is all)
Worth every penny of 1400 I’m ordering now!!!!!!
I thought it would make more power than that.
It could make a whole lot more lower than that. But, he chose to run a 475 cam. It’s got great torque and with such little lift, he turned this into a budget build by not needing to change out springs. He is also adding reliability and longevity and comfort to the everyday rider bike.
@@TPerezRodz1 would think..
It also got dyno tuned at a Harley dealership
Those are stage 2 numbers
@@FastTacX exactly
Does it still have the standard plastic intake manifold and injectors as well?
No, it has the aluminum S&S manifold and 5.5 injectors.
@@DOOWORKPRODUCTIONS, interesting with the manifold's, I measured the Ali and plastic, the plastic is bigger intake and exits than the Ali, but the Ali looks to be a larger volume internally. Would be interesting to see there actual volume differences.
Stage 2 keeps the stock injectors
I'm curious what S&S and all the other Harley performance companies do with the new Rev Sportster motor.
Im getting the same build done, wondering if you upgraded to a chain drive? That should give you more ponies from what I have researched. Great video!
Yes, I have converted the bike to a chain drive, however it lost about 5HP on the dyno because of it.
@@DOOWORKPRODUCTIONS Im curious why? I would think the chain drive would allow more horse power to the wheel.
@@PedroSantos-rz3zs More moving mass. More drag. The chain is a lot heavier than the belt.
@@DOOWORKPRODUCTIONS Sure I could understand that but the chain should also give you more ass on the grass when it comes to the power on the ground. Also that kit comes with a 550 cam, curious if you guys chose not to put that on? Lastly, I would certainly recommend some comp and clutch upgrades if you gents are running that much power on that bike. It could save you thousands in the future. Great video overall.. keep it coming bro.
I like the S/S 475 cam but I think the Star 30/30 has better power
Not according to fuel moto. Check out their latest cam shootout on the fuel moto university web page.
Then again, "better" doesn't always equal more peak power....
No question 30/30 would make better numbers
what did he do with the clutch? just springs?
Yes, just the HD springs.
Is that stock injectors and throttle body as well?
Annnndd I just saw the comment above mine. Question answered 😂
131 hp 145 tq
What TB/Intake Manifold/Injectors is he running (stock or ???)? Nice numbers (131hp / 148tq), specially considering running a S&S 475c Cam (versus a bigger Cam...S&S 550, etc.) with the new S&S 114/117-to-132 Top End Kit. With the torque this combo is making, it will be a blast to ride. Wonder if more Cam and Heads are in the future for this bike? Of course, more power equates to future costs with supporting mods...dependent on how bike is to ridden. At this point though, definitely lots of "bang for the buck".
The Cyclerama # CR-512 Cam was specifically designed for the HD-SE Stage-4 114/117-to-131 Kit; also, Star Racing has a 485 Cam (same or similiar to Moonshine Harley's MHP-485 Cam) that runs stock springs. All that being said though, it's hard to beat the S&S 475c Cam, as it's a great all around Cam. Tom M., So. Cal. '23 RG-ST
He is running the aluminum S&S manifold with 5.5 injectors.
@@DOOWORKPRODUCTIONS Ok, thanks. I have the S&S 55mm Intake (ported by Ward) and planned on the 5.5 injectors for my setup. Been holding off on the S&S 132 Top End Kit, as there's been nothing about it on CZcams until now. Thanks again.
@@tommiller8714 Yeah you have all the right parts to complete this kit! Just pull the trigger! Yeah, I realized that I'm the only one on here as of now to have a video on this new 132 kit.
@@DOOWORKPRODUCTIONS Hopefully you'll be able to produce more videos, sort of follow up, impression, review of the 132 Kit. I know of a few guys interested in the 132 Kit but none that want to take the first plunge with it. My thinking is the thin cylinder liners with the 131 & 132 Kits; wait to see if any reliability issues develop and/or heat issues?
@@tommiller8714 Yeah, well he is a close friend of mine, so this bike will be featured on my channel a lot this summer. He is also coming with me to Daytona, so I will update you all on it. We are going to race our two bikes for a comparison as well!
Did see the numbers...can someone tell me
Take that RK to Daytona
I have a 592 fueling cam in my 132
Nice bike average numbers but beautiful bike
👍🏼🥃🇺🇸
130/155 Tq.
Going to need some improved suspension to keep this beast tamed....
This bike is equipped with Ohlins!
@@DOOWORKPRODUCTIONS Ah good... I worry about riders that build an engine to big power and forget about suspension..
140/140
Avg it and bam I was right, that a shit ton of torque wow bad bitch
That beautiful combo is crying for an HPi intake manifold & throttle body combo. The 70mm would be ideal (might need injectors at that point though), but he could go with the 62mm combo they offer if hes still running the stock 55mm and wants to stick with that air filter set-up. The bike would be down for a few weeks while he waits for the parts (they use your stock parts off your current throttle body), but hey, isn't there still snow on the ground up there in MI?.....it would easily get him 8-10hp without really taxing the motor at all....
Agreed, he wanted to see how much power it made with just the manifold minus the TB. We are realizing that the HPI TB helps flow more air. He will most likely be ordering that TB.
Wrong. Stock heads don't need no 70. Let alone "would be ideal" 🤣
Tb/ intake heads cam and air cleaner needs to be upgraded
Have you guys run any all gear passes definitely should show way better numbers
No we didn't
Just buy a panAm instead of speed + long distance is what you are looking for
Who’s bike is it?
A friend of mine..
Should’ve went to moonshine Harley not enough power
I agree. Something is rong. It should have bin way over 150 torque
That’s as much as your bike had basically
Yeah! They are both very similar in power!
Where the 2-1 pipe everyone insists makes more power ?
I’d be a little disappointed in those figures. They are the same as my 124 sleeper kit
I don’t understand the risers with that cluster….
He decided to just go with the risers and not the whole top tree kit from Thrashin. So in order to run the stock top tree with stock gauge location, you have to cut holes in your stock gauge nassel.
That backing plate is no good either no radius at the entry
Ultra-cool side mount oil cooler (2 fans) and Ultra-cool filter...good for around 50-60 degrees in engine oil temperature (and running the HD OE oil cooler with HD add-on fan); should help my 132/136 build.
Numbers on the lower side for 132...
What's insane is how low those numbers are for a 132ci motor. My damn 76ci Vrod has more on stock cams, full stage 1
@mickeygaines007 so is this motor
@mickeygaines007 they are liquid cooled and have a radiator. Yes, my vrod motor is much better than the M8 motor and has a larger radiator, but both are liquid cooled. My smaller 76ci motor just has more HP and will dust that new 128 lol. The revo max in the pan america is better than that trash.
@@DanielA23 you’re wrong, have a nice day. The M8’s on the full dressers have some liquid cooling but not the specials. I think you’re confused. And again, as you can’t seem to get through your head, totally different motors designed to act totally different. I think you’re mistaking the oil cooler for a “radiator.” It’s not. Do a valid, fair comparison or don’t do one at all. Later.
@@mickeygaines007one is shit the other isn't. Comparison done. Damn indian 108 has more hp and torque than the new 128 lol. Hot garbage
@@DanielA23 The 22 full dressers like the Ultra Limiteds do have the “twin cooled” version of the M8. So it does have small radiators. I have a 22 Road King Special dude which is the 22 Street Glide Special without a fairing. Same motor. And mine has not a radiator to be found, and no radiator coolant. It has an oil cooler. That’s it. It’s not the same as a radiator. And still a very different motor than the Evo in the VRod or the RevMax in the PanAms and new Sportsters.
So the Stock Indian Challenger says it has 122 hp/ 128Torque… not sure how much all of that cost him to get 9 more horsepower than the Indian. So, the BMW K1600GA has 160 HP/130 Torque, claimed. Guessing he popped at least $10,000 to get that?
Exactly. Not nearly enough bang for your buck. A Triumph Rocket 3 has 165/165 out of the box.
This specs are in the motor or in the wheel? Because this dyno say on the wheel, in the motor has a lot more
Those numbers are at the crank on the Indian the Indian is way less than that at the wheel.. And that kit is three grand not 10.. And if he decides to sell his bike in 4or5 years he can still get 25 to 30 grand for it instead of having to give the mfkr away Like that piece of shit Indian you're talking about that may or may not still be in business next year
Indian is at the CRANK not the wheel..... big big difference!
The Indian is at the crank HP so it’s like 20-30 more hp actually but ok
Dyno tuned with no air filter Big No No 😡 that's cheating 🤔
171 hp 162tq
Wow, I over thought that one. I’ll even close. I wish I would’ve known that they had a small cam in it.
Poor quality tune those sample tubes have no business being used to tune that bike that’s a bad mistake.
I absolutely love Harley, but it's pathetic that you have to sink another almost 10k into a bike that's already 30k plus just to make "decent" numbers when other brands are doing this out of the box. Harley can do better. We already spend enough on our bikes.
Which other brands make 131bhp White Devil?
@Dennis Merwood pick one. Triumph, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Ducati, etc.
Waste of money
Nice bike, but it looks like the new handlebars block you being able to see your gauges.
thats amazing how much
