      It'd also be quite boring, considering for about 100 million years or more you wouldn't even reach the first star in that Galaxy, so it would feel like space is not moving, despite the fact that your Ford Pinto is maxed out on the speedometer.

    Recently they said that they severely underestimated the size of the Milky Way and it is about the same size as Andromeda so it's actually about 200,000 light years across and recent estimates said it has probably 800 billion stars. Even so the Galaxy is still 20 times bigger than the Milky Way

    Very interested in astronomy and astrophysics. In our universe, IC 1101 is the largest galaxy. It’s extremely difficult for the NASA & ESA astronauts making the extremely longer interstellar missions in extremely long voyages to reach on IC 1101 beyond the Milky Way Galaxy.- Not much easily.
