Listening to many, this is frame failure, the frame will flex, it is how the manufacturer builds on the frame that they have.
If I buy another RV, it will be a Riverstone or a Luxe. They have some of the most well built frames.

Good luck. My 2023 Jayco Seismic with the side patio had a 5” crack like yours on the forward corner. I drove 6 hours and the crack went horizontal about 2,5 ft. Found the aluminum wall studs had detached from the frame.

I don’t think that’s our issue. We’ve had it for months and it’s moved just a few inches. Regardless, it’ll be fixed under warranty in a few weeks. We’ll be glad to move past this issue. lol

We had almost the same issue that you have on your RV. We had a company call Affinity RV Repair Group do the repair. They are located in Goshen but they are very fulltime friendly. Since the repair they are the ONLY people (including the factory) that are allowed to touch our RV. We have a Keystone Montana. Best of luck to you!! We did a quick video about the repair so you can get a preview. There is a dog friendly motel just down the road.

Hope things work out for you. We're full time since 2020, we work full time so we get traveling on the weekends and what it means to be displaced. We also have our dog Charlie to care for. Our stories have similarities for sure. We've been watching the frame issues and keeping an eye on ours. We had a brake line failure but no major frame issues that we know of. Good luck to you! Maybe we'll see you on the road some day!

That’s awesome. Would love to meet up sometime. We really hope to build a community to connect with, especially of working peeps.

Sorry to hear about your issue and having to go to Indiana to get it fixed but at least the company is standing behind their product. Hope it doesn't cost you anything above the travel cost. Goshen is a nice little town. We were there in November to do a Brinkley tour of their manufacturing facility and see their toy haulers being made. The frame issue is one of the reasons the Brinkley weighs more because of their frame design that is patent pending.

We should have to pay anything since we reported it while still in warranty. I’m not sure otherwise. We really loved the Brinkley toyhauler. Although we have so much $ in this rig that we won’t be moving to anything else in a long while. Lol

I’m sure everything will go well for you since Alliance is who will be fixing it. I know it’s a pain when living in it full time. We found two cracks just like you did in our paradigm 385fl. We are hoping the dealership will be able to get it fixed, if not, I hope Alliance will be able to fix it.

I agree. I know that will make it right. They have in many issues so far.

Hi, just watched my first video of yours. Just a suggestion, when you are panning it's a bit too fast. Sorry to hear about your frame issues and that is a very cute pup you have.

Thanks for the feedback (and I agree lol)! I’ll work on that for sure.

Well, that sux in the possible frame issue!!! But, you guys are taking a negative and putting a positive spin on it, which is the way to handle it.
We stayed 2 nites at the Rio Grande Winery in Las Cruces - it was an amazing venue with very good wine and beer!!!! We got to meet and hang out with the owners. Their outdoor setting faces east and you can watch the sunset on the mountains you guys hiked. The next day we went to White Sands NP and spent the day fhere and came back and drank more wine.
    👍😃🍻🍷

We are definitely going back. We just didn’t have enough time there. White sand and now the winery are on our list! Thanks

Alliance fixed ours at the factory and they did one heck of a job fixing. Yes a couple of weeks in. Hotel but it was done there and stopped in once in a while just to check up on it. They was more than happy to show me step by step what was being done

Oh no! I'm sorry about the frame issue, what a pain 🥴, I hope is a simple and fast fix! I hope you don't have to board Hugo, there's a respiratory illness around, dogs have died from it, they don't know what it is yet, I hope you can find an Airbnb that allow dogs. I take my boys Bowie and Tommy to Tractor Supply, they have a Pet Self-Wash for $9.99, includes everything you need!, some PetSupermarket and Feed Stores have them too and I was told there are some car wash that have them too but I haven't found any.

It looks more like a slideout support issue. Those things are on rollers, have shims, need to be adjusted correctly.
The "frame" is the structure running under the entire house, usually steel. That area looks like slideout issue. The cracks are in nonstructural components...like the skin over your body
Get permission from manufacturer to "stop drill" the Crack.
I worked 31yrs in aviation doing heavy structural repairs and the first thing you should do is drill minimum 1/2" hole about an inch directly off the end of that Crack. It will still Crack into the hole but not go past it.
The full repair will involve going into the walls to track down the cause...but stop drilling the hole should be done now...use a drill stop so you only drill the cracked panel. Then place tape over the crack/hole to seal out moisture

We are hoping it’s just the slide as well. We did just notice the seam in the same side that connects the front cap to the side has pulled away a bit as well. I know Alliance will take care of it, so not worried too much about it.

lol yea when I was editing I noticed it sorta sounded like los instead of las. Oops Glad you enjoyed it. Alliance overall has been great. Luckily we were in warranty when we reported it.

Looks like frame failure. Per Allaince it's your fault for traveling with your RV. (sigh)

We shall see but they seem to be taking care of it, so to us, that’s what’s important.
