#Nintendo #NintendoSwitch - Hry
Thank you so much for watching! What do you THINK Nintendo will do next?
First
Are you going to make the Every Nintendo vid pls🥺🙏
Easily the #1 Nentendo CZcamsr on the platform. Keep up the great work! You deserve way more than 300K
Im still waiting on the 4DS
Great video👍👍👍
Imagine Nintendo actually making a console naming it "Nintendo Banana 🍌"
Would be fire 🔥🔥
@@EmSwizzle Yes, a hot banana just like mine 🔥🍌😏
@@GavinTheBackrunner AYO?! 💀
The Nintendonana
@@GavinTheBackrunnerbro who heats up their banana’s??? I just eat it without boiling it or anything.
I would like a new console altogether because it’s time for new ideas. It never ends well with renames and it would be great to see an next generation console to catch up with the modern ones instead of milking a console one generation behind.
I feel like it’s Nentendo’s time to get their heads out of the past. They always want to relive it because of their previous success, with the NES, Wii, and DS. They are ultimately holding themselves back. I want them, for once, skip the clone and do something original and fun!
I think nintendo learnt their lesson with the wii u
I personally want a new hybrid system, but want it to be different from the switch design wise. I just like having everything in one convenient system
I 100% agree its so weird to me that people just want the same thing we have had for the past 7 years with some more power. I dont understand it.
Sooo true
my idea for a nintendo console that they probably won't make is a home console with a controller in a similar shape to the snes controller but it has the usual thumb sticks and buttons. the gimmick of this console is that the controller can fold open like a DS so you can input the game cartridge into the controller and play on the go. the idea just popped into my head when i was thinking of console ideas.
Was going to think of a counter argument for idea #1 but yeah I agree it wouldn't sell as well. However, if they do want to make a handheld console then a WII/DS type of era would be amazing! I do think maybe they could do hybrid just under a different name.
I really hope they make it one hybrid, the reason being is that I don't want to have to pay for 2 different devices. Another reason is that you can play any game anywhere and not be limited to certain games on the handheld.
I feel like if they release a “switch 2”, they wouldn’t keep switch in the name and probably replace it with “shift” or “swap”. But if it’s a home console, I feel like they would name it the “Nintendo Static”.
I think the switch 2 will be priced at 350 because the OLED had a marked up price because of its OLED screen, but the switch 2 is said to have an LCD which is cheaper than OLED. Which then let’s Nintendo spend more money on upgrading the processors.
I really enjoy this type of content from you and it is actually my favorite would love to see more of this 10-15 min videos.
Yeah
I actually love the idea for two different consoles, but I'm probably gonna be broke because I gotta buy games for both consoles (but it will be worth it)
I got my switch last year for my birthday and if a new switch comes out I will wait after a few years to buy it
What you don't seem to understand is the sheer brilliance of the Switch concept. Its easily the best idea for a platform Nintendo has generated. Their handheld line is their best selling platforms so they aren't going to abandon their handhelds anytime soon. With the DS being the 2nd best selling platform of all time, the Switch currently sitting at number 3, Gameboy & Color (not sure why its combined) sitting at 4, and the Wii being their best console only platform as the 7th best selling platform clearly they will want to focus on handhelds in some way going forward.
In the past they had a handheld and a console and they would have to make games for both. This split their attention and made it difficult to support each of their current devices at the time. The Switch was an phenomenal concept as combining the handheld with the console meant they only had to make games for one platform going forward. This also meant whenever we bought a game we got a console version and a handheld version with the same purchase. In the past we would either have to pay for the same game twice like Smash Bros. for Wii U and another one for 3DS costing us over $100, where this generation we bought Ultimate for $60 and all the progress we made in the game carried over when we seamlessly went from handheld to console mode.
Anything other than a second Switch would feel like a downgrade to me. If I lost all the advantages I talked about above the following device in many ways would be an inferior platform for me. Of course I expect a big power boost and games would look better and run smoother than ever. Even if it was as strong as a Steam Deck which is about as powerful as a base PS4, it would still be a huge upgrade from the Switch. Most 3rd party games are made with the last generation in mind so you would be able to port games like Street Fighter 6, Resident Evil Remakes, Elden Ring and so on to the new hybrid machine. It opens the doors to so many games even without being as strong as the PS5 or X-Box Series X. And its portable nature means you can play these games on the go too. Also Nintendo has been behind its competition in terms of raw power for a while now and it being a hybrid is the perfect excuse going forward.
i love your videos so much bro!! been watching you for a while now, and seein you pop up on my shorts feed always makes me smile😊
i think it would be cool if switch games were backwards compatible with both a handheld and console
I think the opposite actually
Because you also need to look at the customer side of things
If you restart doing handheld/TV console after what the switch did, not only buying both of them would be crazy expensive, but also because the Switch concept is so revolutionary that they would probably keep that feature in a way or another
I Feel like they should release the 4DS as their budget console, and I love the names "New Nintendo Switch" or "Super Nintendo Switch"
Great video, i love the shorts video you make, but i won't deny i love longer videos. Just thank you making these type of videos time to time. Cheers🎉
Thank you so much for watching and for your support! 💜
I personally think it's smart to make a switch 2. It will probably sell worse than switch, but that's still amazing sales. They can still do some innovation with the switch 2, maybe something with AR, VR, or something new they come up with.
I feel like Having a home console (we'll call it the Nintendo home or nh) And a new dual screen console (we'll call it the hds or high definition system) have them do what the 3ds did, take switch cartridges but have the new cartridges with the little bump. Maybe stay with discs for the nh but still have the switch cartridge slot. That's my idea
Love the stuff! Glad I could catch a video so early!
Thank you so much!!
I think switch 2 would be better than separating the hybrid it'll just be cost more to buy both people like the hybrid because it's portable and can be a home console game it give you more freedom than just seperating the system
I personally would want to see another dual-screen console, like a 3ds, maybe widescreen on the top and bottom? and backwards compatible with 3ds and switch
If anything it’ll just be big graphic update. Maybe a joycon update to boot (we all feel the pain of the drift 😢)
2:30 lmao that laugh tho
I never thought about Nintendo going back to the 2 console days, because after a hybrid console, it’s hard to imagine what they could do next, but them going back to what they’ve been doing for years would be awesome. A switch 2 wouldn’t sell well, we all agree on that, so option 2 would be great
Great new video! I think they’ll call it Super Nintendo switch and use sns for branding. They’ll probably release it in middle of summer next year
I would like to believe that Nintendo will make a new handheld system with new features but also a hybrid mode. It is super convienient and costs way less if you want both a handheld and home console experience.
You missed a key point. Backwards compatability. The next Nintendo console needs it.
I want a portable console that has a camera, microphone and internet browser (Like the 3DS) except in a switch-lite style
I think a great idea for the new consoles is to bring back download play, or be able to play home console games with the handheld as a controller.
I really love your long form content, I agree with ur thoughts keep up the good work
I think it just shuld be hibrid bc i dont like the idea of not being able to connect to tv but i dont like if i cant bring it to travel etc.
My thoughts, make it like the size of the Xbox series S. But put a screen on top, so you can connect it to the TV and have a modern controller, but you can also just plug it in and just put it on your lap, and just use it like that
i think either 2 consoles or a hybrid, with the handheld like u said there needs to be like a unique thing to it why they want to buy it.
3:36 💡 They just need to make a WIIS!
I think the one thing about The Peach game and Luigi's mansion Dark moon is that I don't think they said that the games are going to release on the switch so those are probably launch games for the next console.
You’re right. I just checked and they didn’t say it’s coming to switch they said it’s “in development “
I think most people either play it handle held or tv. So I would do sister systems that play the same games, and you can have one or the other or both. If you have both they can sync like an iPhone/iPad. I think the switch was as successful as it was because of the games more than the gimmick. Make 2 solid systems to keep up and keep making great games.
I hope they add a browser app and Netflix app to it. and let us play 3ds games and switch games
I’m hoping it’s called The Nintendo Flip with a Folding Screen.
I think if they adopt having 2 consoles they should be a deal to get both for say $450 or so
I want separate home and portable consoles, but not completely separated. I want they would have connectivity similar to gamecube and game boy advance - you can find cool, but unnessesary stuff or use portable like second player controller with screen. And the maybe the stypidest idea - for new TLOZ generation: one game - on home console, and another one - on portable (something similar to wind waker and phantom hourglass)
I was thinking of how the 3DS could be a controller for Smash Wii U. That the controller itself is a handheld.
Imagine if they Nintendo made their own phone as a their next console
I have no clue if this is possible but if Nintendo can make the next system hybrid but when you put it on “the dock” or however you connect it to the tv if they could make it more powerful on the tv then have separate games that can only be played there i think that would be great. But i dont think that would be possible please let me know.
I hope that they make a new console like the switch. Not a full copy but something similar maybe just with different features controllers etc.
I have switch but i play mainly in handheld mode with certain games in dock mode. I do think they should do two separate systems. A main console and a hamdheld console much like they did in pass. I loved playing wii and wii u but also enjoyed games on the ds and 3ds. I do love my switch but its a shame that their are limits to it as a hybrid system. I wouldn't mind owning to different systems
10:32 i took inspiration from the first Ratchet & Clank game with the Gadgetron PDA (Personal Delivery Assistant) gadget, and decided a cool bame for the handeld could be the Nintendo Portable Game Device, or the Nintendo PGD. What do you think?
Do you think the theme that was in the fake switch 2 should be on the next console
If they were to make a switch 2 in Japan, it would probably be namedニンテンドースイッチ 進化(Nintendō Suitchi Shinka) and in America Nintendo Switch Evo
I would like a new double screen Wii U+DS attempt. I'm thinking of a dual screen Switch but the second screen is detachable so you can use it like a Gamepad when the "Switch" is in the dock. In portable mode, it's like a DS; in dock mode, it's like a Wii U.
It would be cool if they made the mobile console like a switch pro/ switch 2 and a second console that sits in a house
The switch honestly could probably hold for another 2-3 years if nintendo wanted. As for the new console, hybrid would 100% be the wtg
I keep Saying I Don't Want Another 7 Years With A Switch 2, I Want A New System Entirely.
I think that it should be like a switch but with an entirely new name.
If I’m gonna be honest I would expect and/or like that Nintendo would make something like the ps tv but with a clam-shell design like a ds without the other screen and when you’re ready plug into a tv
My favorite Nintendo console was the wii, my first console was my uncles ps1 and then the ps2 came out, what i liked about the wii was how different it was to everything else out at the time as well as the ability to play gamecube games, now i wish I had my Wii again, if the next Nintendo console comes out and it flops im just gonna get a wii and just play that.
According to leaks, the new console is going to have its own screen. It’s highly likely Nintendo won’t make a dedicated handheld after the switch, so either it’s a Wii U styled console, or a switch 2. I’m guessing the latter
Let’s be real, the split doesn’t sound like a Nintendo thing to do.
imagine nintendo makes a nintendo switch and a nintendo switch home or something like that where the switch home would be the switch but u can play docked and it would be slightly cheaper
Let's get a WiiU 2
Personally I’d rather a hybrid system as it is so convenient and I wouldn’t want to spend extra money on 2 consoles.
They create a Nintendo phone that competes with apple and android because it can play high quality games and function like the other phones
I would prefer a Nintendo Switch 2 and here is why. First, with price point, if Nintendo comes out with a Nintendo switch 2 at 400 but a Nintendo switch 2 MAX at 450, the max would give Nintendo more money to make the system more powerful. If either version flops, just use the successful one, either the cheaper console with a bit less power or the more powerful console with a higher price. Also the current switch owners are more aware about how video games work compared to the Wii which was a lot of people’s first console. I know a lot of people that have a Wii and a switch but skipped the Wii U. After having 2 consoles, I think that Nintendo would be able to make sure people know that the switch 2 is a new console.
I can tell you put a lot of effort and time in this video, it really shows!! Defo best video yet. Keep it up emswizzle!!
Thank you so much!!! 😀
No problem!!! Thank you for continuing to make me laugh and smile with you content!!
I agree with you that they need a new idea
But the switch made too much money for them to abandon the idea completely
I think they won’t keep the name around but keep the same concept
And honestly a more powerful and updated switch would be really cool.
I Miss Having 2 Separate Systems !!!
They make the most money on game sales. By combining the home and portable market they can sell more games. There's only one place to buy a Nintendo game and not two which boosts game sales. So I don't think they will ever stop making hybrid consoles because of this.
I agree the Wii u and 3ds were so similar and linked. For example Mario maker for Wii u. Mario maker for 3DS
3d world for Wii u
3d land for 3DS
Basically 3DS also got a dumbed down version of what the Wii u got
how about a switch like console but the dock somehow also has some kind of power so you can use it as a not so powerful handheld but when you put it into the dock it gets more power and becomes more ps5 series x like
As long as it has backwards compatibility like the GBA, DS, Wii, Wii U and 3ds
personally i am really hoping for a home console, right now my switch is in shambles but it works perfectly as my home console, but if a home console released, i would have a reason to fix it! not only that but i would love to play on a powerful console that can run AT LEAST 60 fps with semi-high graphics. THAT WOULD BE THE DREAM
Do you think the Nintendo switch 2 is going to be Backwards compatible with the 3ds and switch
GBA comparison kinda unfair GB sale numbers are GB+GBC and their lifespan combined is 12 years while GBA not even reach 4 years yet and got replaced with NDS , then still managed to hit 82m units is very impressive.
In the UK, we can get a switch OLED for £350 with a game. I would be willing to pay £400 for something with ps4 level graphics and a 1080p handheld screen. You could easily do a handelhd only, smaller, less powerful console for less, then charge more for the more powerful hybrid capable of 1440p (or even 4k?) on the tv.
Hey em love your vids please I wanted to ask if you play any other consoles than nintendo
I do! Some Xbox and then on occasion I’ll play some PlayStation! Mainly sports games. Thanks so much for watching!
I think maybe they should call it the nintendo duet and it has two screens and they come apart and it comes with an extra controller. that’s the multiplayer setup
I think they’re going to go Hybrid Route but I hope they go Console and Handheld route. I Was born between the Wii and Wii U area and being 3 when the 3DS xl came out I wasn’t a gamer. But the first Nintendo console I got was the Switch ( I had a Wii but never used it and my dad eventually sold it when I was young) and I never got the opportunity to have a console and a Handheld so I really hope it’s console and handheld route.
Well unless you have atleast $500+ too buy both consoles and games
I would like a console and a handheld separately but connected in terms of friends, balance (money) and games. Also console should be on par with PlayStation and Xbox
bro I just bought a switch Oled and i'm gonna be jealous of people who get the new one if it releases next year
but i hope it does
If it has the letter U, you better run, and run fast
Hey EmSwizzle are you still making the Every Nintendo Game vid
I think that if Nintendo hose back to a hand held and a console it won’t do as well because if people want a hand held they have the switch/switch lite and if they want a console there is already better than Nintendo is going to do for their next generation. But that is just my thoughts on it.
I think the joycon drift problem is too big for them to bring another switch out, even if they fix it people will still associate drift with the switch controllers.and so the console will probably do badly
Do you think the next nintendo console will be backwards compatible? Because if it is, I might get it and if not, I might get the switch
If they make a Switch U I am going to die on the spot.
for me It needs to be a hybrid and needs to have backwards compat with the switch.
Nintendo should make a powerful home console and a more powerful handheld console like the Nintendo Switch that can connect to the home console just like the Wii U Gamepad.
I would only get a switch2 if there’s a DK edition or a Metroid edition. I got an OLED last year in November so unless it’s different I’ll get it
I’m pretty split on this because Nintendo knows what happened with the Wii U and wouldn’t want that but at the same time they are the type of company to make a switch 2
not me who bought a brand new Switch for $199 (not a lite)
Yessss you got it right, it‘s Switch U!
Well I enjoyed the content and I think a home console made by Nintendo could be called something like “Nintendo Neo”
This is a dumb idea
What if they sold their next console as a set, you get a handheld and a home console in the same box
The handheld has its own dedicated games and the console has its own and they can connect in ways like using the handheld as the controller for the console games or displaying the handheld games on the big screen with an upscaler
It's way too complicated to market and it's a horrible idea but it'd be kinda cool to see, unique for sure
Now that I think about it does the u in wii u mean ultimate? + gawd I want a handheld and a home so bad like u
I think that they are gonna make a powerful home console but its gonna have that Nintendo feeling
I hope there’s just one home console or hybrid and not two things at a time
I doubt that Nintendo will wait until 2025 to release the next console. I think it will be announced in march (to please their investors for below expectations sales this year) and it will launch October-November
Nintendo could make their consoles the Compact (Handheld) and the Comfort (Home Console).
Should I wait to buy a switch 2 or should I git an oledand or a steam deck.
I say get a switch OLED because a steam deck kind of sucks. If u are not interested in switch games then I say wait for switch 2.
@@coolscience5512 good to know thanks for your help.
I agree that I shouldn’t be the switch 2 or something like that and it should be different to the switch. I also agree that there should be a handheld along side the new system.
