Am I the only one that is concerned that this will be the worst of the Super Mario Bros games? The theme of it is a bit funky and the gameplay looked a bit lacking in fun. It looks too easy and the elephant powerup was completely unnecessary. I have my doubts about this one.
Mario galaxy 3 and Metroid Prime 4 better be in the next direct

Can I just state that the Nintendo Live details were only shown in the US direct. Here in Europe, we received information on the Splatoon 3 European Championship and some Mario Kart 8 Deluxe tournaments coming soon.

The overall style and look of Super Mario Wonder makes me think of Super Mario World. If Nintendo were to do what they did with Links Awakening and now super Mario RPG to Super Mario World, I think it would look similar to Super Mario Wonder.
8.5/10 direct, some stuff I didn't care for (won't mention because it would start a reply war) but every good non-mobile Pikmin games on switch? Insane. And some new and old Mario stuff? Luigi's mansion 2 in HD? No way! Best direct I've seen...

i loved the detective pikachu game and the luigis mansion 2 port but I will not rest until we either get a tomodachi life port or a new tomodachi game altogether.

When I saw the pokemon sv DLC I just knew it had to be a good direct & it was pretty good. 8.5/10. I was not expecting SV news today. My favorite direct would probably be the e3 2019 direct.

Wonder & RPG are on my Mario list, I love how Wonder looks so weird especially with Elephant Mario who looks so funny. The Wario Ware one just looked funny with all the movements, just don't play that game in front of open windows as neighbors might stare at you.

It doesnt really matter if the next console comes out, i would still play on the switch.
I didnt get one for the past six years because i just didnt have the budget, and i didnt ask my parents because of the price of the switch. and if i did ask they reject because we cant balance it out with the electric bills,food etc.
Im only getting one now because its a gift.

How the heck are 2D Mario games hard, Super Mario Bros Wonder does not look difficult at all - its just level gameplays where they switch things up like in 3D Mario games. KIDs can master Mario games. It looks awesome and the best one yet.
