    Hey David. Just watched and I will say most all of your videos are very involved, but have a very special surprise for those who stay til the end. Something good to eat. lol Love your recipes. I will say, most of them I have not ever had, but would love to try them out. Sounds like I just need to cook some of them since I can't come by and try yours. Nice job David.

    I know so little about Cajun cooking. This was awesome to watch as it went from step to step. Finished product looked very good! You did a good job walking us through this process! Nice video buddy! I finally got my piece back together lol. Displayed it in my Cheesesteaks video that will launch this week and there is a mention for you with an iCard. I hope you don’t mind me bragging for you a bit lol.

    I firmly believe that the truth will be a good thing, when delivered in a positive manner. Now, with that being said. The music drowned out your voice to where I found myself struggling to hear you. I have done the same thing in some of my videos, and I appreciated when some of The commenters made me aware, so I could change it. I don’t blow Smoke bro,Sorry. Now, Duck. Love it. Sausage. Even better. I got a meat Grinder and I need to do a sausage, thanks for jogging my memory. Please don’t take this as a negative. I try to help people.

    Hey man, this looks delicious,thanks for posting.Should I buy duck breast or a whole duck and cut it up? I just want to be sure so I don't mess up the recipe.I love the taste of duck but I don't know much about which cuts would work in boudin.Any response will be greatly appreciated.

    • @KajunKravings
      @KajunKravings  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi thanks for watching! I don't think it matters just as long as you can pick the meat from the bones. I prefer the breast because it's easier.

    So when you let the duck cool, do you separate it from all the liquid before mixing it with the rice?

    • @KajunKravings
      @KajunKravings  Před 4 lety +1

      Yes let the duck cool all the way then put it in the ice box overnight so the liquid can turn to jelly kinda. Then the next day you add the cold duck to the hot rice and mix well then stuff the casing. Thanks for watching!
