26 year old Aadit Shankar, a dynamic and inspirational entrepreneur also kindly says a few words about his business, saying that it's been an amazing way to develop his menu & grow a team and is a "stepping stone" to eventually getting a bricks & mortar "grab and go" place.
This video is a quite a bit different to what we usually do, as you know we usually visit restaurants and record kitchen action but here it's a kitchen without the restaurant. Customers order from the comfort of their home or office and then the food is delivered (Indian Tiffin style) by delivery partners such as Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats and City Pantry.

Great service and the food is freshly made. But prices are £8-£9 a bowl which in my opinion is way overpriced unless you live in a financial hub like London.
Overheads are much higher in London......but earnings are higher as well.

Busy busy Miss Lizzie! They could probably save on lettuce if they contact a major supplier (rather than buy the small supermarket bags)....same with yoghurt. They also need to start looking at recyclable containers...maybe the ones you get in USA Chinese takeaway foldable (cardboard)?
