I can relate your frustration. However, every motorcycle has pros and cons.
Hence, this air filter replacement exercise is scheduled for every 20000KMs. Seems fair to me.
@@PraneethKumarGalithotti yes, when you combinate it with the spark plug change and checking the valve, it's Ok.
I am only afraid, the plastic can brake, when you pull down or pull upthe cover

Glad you liked the video.
If you need to replace the turn light bulb it is easy, just need to remove the cover. But if the entire turn light assembly needs to be replaced, then few more panels around the headlamp need to be removed to access the bolt inside.

Wen you installed the side lights, did you also remove the tankparts? I need more light on mij baby-gs. I drove my bike for 30.000 now and I stil think that it is a very nice bike.

Yes this is a good motorcycle.
For side lights, I used the two screw slots that hold the snout(beak) frame.
Did you also change the springs and oil from the steering? I think I have to change because wen I press down the “steeringwheel” and release it, it gets an other position as wen I pull it high and then release the steeringwheel.

@@brastdoor1231 I replaced fork oil after 20,000KM. Now it’s due for another oil change at 40,000KM. Springs are still stock. I replaced the steering bearings though at 25,000KM.

How many kilometers were on the bike for the filter replacement?
I don’t recall the exact odometer reading but it’s somewhere around 30,000KM.
This is the second Air Filter that I replaced.
First one was replaced around 15,000KM odometer reading.
price of air filter ?

45 minute air filter replacement. BMW is ridiculous.
