    Hi, Alessia! I absolutely adore you and your videos. I recently started doing ballet again (okay, I did it when I was four and it's been a little over two decades since then) and your videos are helping me a lot with technique and building up strong muscles. Your energy and charisma are contagious and have me smiling throughout the entire video, even when my muscles are about to die haha I have cats as well and they also have a thing for invading my mat aaaaand of course I let them do what they want because well, they're cats. You have a beautiful soul and I'm incredibly grateful to have found you and your channel. Much love to you!!

    Awesome video. Thank you for addressing the hypertension arm position. My limbs all contain hyper mobile joints and I’m always so confused during yoga and ballet conditioning how to position them properly . You’re the first instructor that I’ve dealt with that has offered any type of advice. Thank you 😊

    Talking about hyperextended arms, could you do a video about hyperextension, especially hyperextended legs? I naturally have them and I've been told it's a chance but I don't feel so yet because they're a pain to work with, resulting in knee pains sometimes. Thank you for your efficient video, this one is my go-to workout since it's short and it takes quite a while for my core and arms to get toned up. Love you!

    I will attempt to illustrate a more natural variation of the side plank to pushup compound move you demonstrated with body twisted. It was also questionable in your mind, as you stated some uncertainty that it would work.. Hard on shoulders from increased internal rotation thru shoulder girdle..the plank,in general,can be counterproductive to posture. (Reverse planks becoming more common)
    1)Begin in a regular plank
    2) do a pushup and at the top, thread one leg thru to one side by rotating the hips
    3)come back to center, do pushup thread other leg thru other side
    This is a compound move involving not only diff muscle groups,but different planes of movement. In this variation, the plank to pushup is sagittal(front to back frwd bkward) Rotating hips(instead of shoulders) to thread leg thru is transverse plane(rotation)
    Working transverse plane of movement is the most overlooked and makes majority of us a little more prone to injury,especially so in more complex compound moves.
    Not to detract from your excellent channel,Alessia, i would like to suggest becoming familiar with Physical Therapist, Jeff Cavaliere and his Atheanx channel on youtube.For me its been a total paradigm shift in understanding how our bodies PREFER to work. Maybe begin with "the truth about planks" I was doing reverse planks wrong for awhile. Causing too much external rotation in shoulders,and tho external rotation is preferable to internal rotation,i was hyperextending. Just watch how he does this.
    disclaimer: i am only a lowly personal trainer,but a discriminating one which is why Jeff comes to mind. And also why I chose Lazy Dancer Tips! Seems a natural fit given both channels are about movement

    Good exercises for the side muscles that you need to make lateral leg extensions ! I have hyper-extension on my arms but not on my legs... that's sad...
