I stopped dancing a couple of years ago after an accident an now I’m bored and I was really thinking that I could just slip back into it...boy was I wrong. My fingers got cramps but the workout is great and your videos are really useful.

I loved the last exercise!!!!! It's an almost full-body one!! Also, it cured my migraine (I bet you hadn't thought of that)! But it's almost intolerable for me to stay in a hard position without knowing for how many counts I have to hold it, I was listening to you talking blah-blah-blah while I was burning without any count instruction and I wanted to throw a pillow at you (I mean at my laptop) to make you stop bumbling and tell me how long this would be! My own cat, Baltasar, was sound asleep, totally unaware of the struggle that was taking place here! Eventually I decided I was going to hold each position for 4 eights, moderate tempo, regardless of what you said! I actually finished later than you! XD
This one is perfect for small spaces! Which is brilliant, because my tiny room is making it difficult to use your videos. I'd love it if someone compiled a playlist with the videos that can be done with little space - or maybe I will myself sometime. :) Thanks Alessia!

Alessia, I love you but I've been doing this arm workout for 2 weeks now and the last part is STILL hard each and every time. I'm almost convinced that you actually want to kill me lol! I can't hear anymore of the elongate your arms, elongate your back, engage your core, keep breathing... Excuse me?! I can't breathe while engaging my core and elongate every part of my body *_*
The exercise in this video felt a bit weird. It really hurt my legs and back, but I didn't feel anything from my arms. It will be much better if you could explain better at how we use the correct muscle to do them...
Personally I don't believe spot fat reduction through exercise is possible, however building muscles there will make the part of the body look better. Then it's about diet. I hope that helps x
liposuction is not a solution. good healthy diet and regular workouts will help achieve any desired body shape. there are many young girls that struggle; directing them in the right way rather than giving dangerous suggestions would be ideal. Remember that we have to educate ourselves about wellbeing, how our body works and what it needs to stay healthy. Quick and dangerous solutions have never helped anybody.

very nice. I need to track with eyes more. this is really not something emphasized in conventional fitness. ballet is comprehensive or wholistic in approach. All parts and senses working as one. Form follows function or sumthin' like that. Totally new for this stiff lil robot.

I really don't need the workouts or the flexibility, I already have it, what I just need is the technique, the movements, tips to avoid injury and do it correctly. Can you do this?
