I remember the Amanda episode, my dad walked past the tv and said “oof that wont make it to the alter”. Dad was right.
Your dad is very wise!
Her voice though 🫣
🤣 your dad’s hilarious
Watching the "Amanda" one, I was like, I'll give it two years. Then the narrator said the wedding was called off, and I was like, good for you groom, run for the hills.
Most men she meets need to RUN. She is in love with wedding not the groom. I hope she finds both some day
Right.. she has red flags everywhere
Her VOICE
I'm so happy the groom ran away!!! She deserves to be left alone!
Yes, she seemed like she only wants a wedding not a real marriage.
When my daughter got married we went into a shop and while we were waiting for our turn she began looking at the discount rack. These were returned dressed because the wedding fell through.
She pulled one out, fit her perfectly and she loved it. $150🎉
RANDY, LORI & MONTY are the BEST❤!
The first bride has a skin color so dark with a cool undertone that she seems to be made of dark chocolate😍
And with that ultra white dress and silver and diamonds she's PERFECT she should model wedding dresses 'cause she also has the body and the face for it.
So classy
She is beautiful!
Keep in mind that your appointment is for a specific amount of time, these people work on commission, and when you give them a price point, then you've got time and money constraints for all parties.
The Amanda episode is a bit sad for me because that woman was living in an obsessive dream world and showed clear signs of an underlying psychological issue. What is also distressing is that her entourage members enabled her resulting behavior. The groom identified this issue and decided to run, rather than help her so this was not a healthy relationship. I hope she got help and clarity.
Unfortunately, the groom is the last one who could help her. It would only perpetuate the underlying mental health issue. She needs to work on herself and be whole, so she can be in a healthy relationship.
"The groom identified this issue and decided to run, rather than help her". Not sure what he did for a living, but there was no mention that he was a psychologist or trained counsellor. Was there? And even psychologists and counsellors are permitted to say "I don't want to work 24/7". People with issues really should NOT expect everyone around them to down tools and "help them" either. Seek professionally trained help. Not ask a boyfriend to be a counsellor. Life throws curve balls all the time, but choosing to go into a difficult relationship (where someone has already made ALL the decisions on how everything MUST proceed) is a clear warning of shoals ahead, and a wise person bows out. I'm pretty sure poor Amanda had at least one meltdown a day because someone she was ordering around didn't understand her vision of HER special day. He was merely an accessory to her dream. Her obsession with the whole process probably sent her into Bridezilla on Steroids territory. Not particularly stable. Probably never heard "No" in her entire life either.
Exactly 👍🏾! Trying on the dresses makes a difference! But ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH Ladies!
That first dress was stunning
‘Maybe Gok can solve everything’ that’s what I thought while watching lol
OMG, I love GOK and I was thinking the exact same thing! He's amazing!
I think she pushed her boyfriend to get married. See they called it off.
It sounded like she was more interested in her wedding than her boyfriend and he possibly picked up on it.
Probably she did. But I think it was from from Randy to call this sad event on her life on national television.
She seemed like she only wanted a wedding and not a real marriage.
They allllwways talk about how people dream of this day..oh but when they do ..its too much. Great so now there's limits on levels of excitement. This world is nuts
I agree with you. They shed a light on Amanda of the obsessed freak that has dreamt of her wedding and that the wedding was called off because of that. Like you said, it's like they want her to dream about it but put a cap on it. Crazy. There is nothing wrong with loving weddings and trying to understand what you want and plan ahead for when it comes. If the wedding was called off it was not because she had dreamt and planned for it and told him about it or pressured him. They made us believe the wedding was called off because of her obssession as they say insinuate, but it he was a MAN he wouldn't have proposed before he was ready and wouldn't have felt pressured into it.
The TITLE is misleading!🙃
Agree. Not sure who is currently writing the "catcher titles" but they seem to be over the top recently.
Yes it sounds like these are "Randy's" mistakes.
@@jolenedehart4315 Exactly!
To be fair, I can’t remember a time where Randy made a big mistake. It was always the consultant who made the mistake and Randy just going along with them…..Dresses that the brides were told could be customized couldn’t be customized, alteration and sizing issues, the time Lisa thought she sold a bride someone else’s dress, etc.
It’s not Randy’s actual mistakes but it’s about Randy’s lists of mistakes that brides make while shopping it had the same title when it originally aired on TV..
Beautiful bride!
I can hardly understand a word Amanda says.
Sara’s mother needs to tell her to pick something already! Geeeeez!
Dress 2 is great.its her dress 👗
I would like to try on all dresses at this store!!!! Love shopping
I think Randy called it when he said that Sara was loving the attention she was getting playing dress-up. She had no desire to give that up, especially when there are always more dresses to try.
Diane doesnt give up even when the bride said no. Must love your commission diane..
Mistake number 1- going to an expensive store, often with travel costs, just to be on tv or say you got your dress from a certain store
Mistake 2 - buying an ugly Pnina dress
Preach sister 😂
Fucking greedy assholes!!! 20,000+++ for fucking dress what's wrong with people? That's a down payment for a house
You are speaking facts!
Randy has major teacher's pet vibes
💜💜
They shed a light on Amanda of the obsessed freak that has dreamt of her wedding, that it was bizarre and that the wedding was called off because of that. This was the most unprofessional moment I've seen on say yes to the dress. She's allowed to dream about it but put a cap on it. There is nothing wrong with loving weddings, understanding what you want and plan ahead for when it comes. We do it with the house, the career, the vacations we want but can't do it with for the wedding? They made us believe it was called off because of her obssession as they insinuate, but if he was a MAN he wouldn't have proposed before he was ready and wouldn't have felt pressured into it.
Very low of them to show the “to be bride” whose wedding got called off!
I clapped…. The guy dodged a bullet
Yea, I kinda feel sorry for her, but it’s not wise to make yourself & ur man to rush to the alter like that 😬
@@TightyWhiteyTrash i think she was just excited about getting married and who wouldnt be?!? Also almost all the women i kmow have fantasized bout getting married! So i dont think she was any different…she just voiced what all women think
@@vv-zc3dc Nope
Yes, it was very bad to showcase that ending for the bride.
The biggest mistake in dress shopping is buying a gown that costs more than say a couple hundred bucks. Greedy greedy greedy
That is not true. Making gowns often costs more than that, just for fabrics. Also, many brides need to have things very custom made due to their body proportions.
@@bonnylouwho76 as well beading, or applique, corseted, for ruching requires 2 to 3 times the amount of fabric per yardage/metre. Loveeveryone114 didn't know about that part. The price of fabric alone is pricy.
@@anngcampbellbower4385 I am a seamstress who has worked with dozens upon dozens of wedding gowns and formal wear, costuming, and more. I know very well the amount of fabric that is required for making garments of all kinds, including historically accurate garments. Recently due to my health and vision problems, I had to give up my own sewing business, which meant I had to donate thousands of dollars worth of luxury fabrics and trims, etc. to a worthy cause of another charity.as I had one of my own in which infant burial ensembles are created from donated wedding gowns, that are then transformed into heirlook burial garments for "Angel Babies,"( babies that are born and/or die too soon.)The outfits are then donated to the family for their baby, in order that they know that someone out there cares and love their baby and their baby deserved to be clothed in a garment of beauty made with love, just as any beloved baby deserved to be.
@@bonnylouwho76Not really as I have seen nice ones for a lot cheaper online.
I’d say like $2500 would be max for me. You only wear it once and spending like $10 000 is just insane
