Same with peanut butter here - I only ever saw it in movies. I think the first time I tried it I was in university :D
It is good, though. We have a brand here that makes proper peanut butter with all kinds of additives like honey, chocolate (of every kind), cranberries etc. I now sometimes have regular peanut butter with baked apples just to have some fruit in my diet (I can't eat most fruit fresh due to acidic reflux), and it's really good :)

I was so excited to try it and I didn't even liked it the first time I tried! I like it a lot now, but I rarely eat the flavored ones, because I'm afraid I'd just eat it straight out of the container with a spoon 😁
I never tried it with baked apples, sounds good!
I will have baked fruit over fresh fruit anytime I can, my doctor said I'm doing much better with the acid reflux, but I still rather be safe than sorry 🤗

@@BeetTheRush Oh yeah, the flavoured ones are absolutely addictive :D
Glad to hear you're doing better! I've made some progress too, but there are still many dietary limitations I have to adhere to :)

Never heard of pumpkin peanut butter. If you are in the US and you offer tour friend pumpkin flavored peanut butter, they aren't your friend anymore. If you want to experience "American food", then you need a thick slab of a steak and some baked or fried in butter potatoes. That's all there is to it. Breakfast is steak and eggs. Lunch is tri tip sandwich. Supper is steak and potatoes.

I figured the peanut butter was probably something the Germans came up with to fool us 😂 but they did gave us Lidl, so I forgive them! Oh no, that sounds like a one way ticket to constipation town! I understand you don't offer a friend pumpkin flavored peanut butter, but you can offer some fiber 😂😂

OMG...the peanut butter has NO actual butter in it? Too funny. Have you thought of making your own peanut butter one day? LIDL will be watching for you next time you shop haha.

No butter? What about no pumpkin!! 😂 Lidl should just hire me already!

@@BeetTheRush Oh, I missed the no pumpkin. Yes they should hire you for your loyalty alone.
