No bugs that I know of! The best one I ever had is from women's best, but it is very expensive! I buy vegan protein from a brand called Prozis, it is also good, but a bit less expensive 😀

Well, since you read it on the internet, it must be true. The truth is, adults don't need a much protein as we are told. Plants have protein too.
They do! But I got very fat lately, and my cholesterol is at 199, and If I don't have protein with my meals, I'll be so hungry I'll eat myself to an early grave 😅
